Mi Otra casa is truly a Villa, which consists of an architectonic Masterpiece for vacations in Sayulita, Nayarit, Mexico. From the moment of entry, the design, the furnishings, and the view will leave you breathless. This stunning Sayulita Villa was designed by one the areas most well known architects, Alejandro Flores Glez., and decorated by noted Guadalajara designer Antonio Varela. This Villa is a creation of perfection and details.

As you enter this beautiful Sayulita villa, you will find a large gourmet kitchen equipped with everything necessary to entertain/cook for at least 16 persons. Just off the kitchen is a large dining area that will comfortably seat at least 10, and two bars for 6. Beyond the kitchen you will encounter a large indoor/outdoor living area (la sala) that becomes an extension of the one-of-a-kind swimming pool. This infinity pool will delight you with waterfalls, a Palapa with in-pool bar stools, a view of the surf, and large bench complete with Jacuzzi jets. ** The ambient temperature for the pool is sufficient for many people depending on the season. There is a heating system available, and we are happy to heat the pool for an additional 60.00/day.  Around the pool you will find plenty of space to enjoy Sayulita, either lounging in the sun, or comfortably enjoying the shade.

Mi Otra Casa offers Seven bedrooms or complete Suites, all with a private bath and independent entrance. There are three bedrooms in the pool area (which names are: Luna (Moon), Arena (Sand) and Sol (Sun) . The 3rd bedroom is a master suite, complete with a small private living area, full bath, and television. As you follow the gorgeous staircase to the next floor, you will find Three additional master suites (which names are Sayulita, with full bath, balcony, TV room with small kitchenette, Flores (Flowers) and Agua (Water), each with a full bath, a private terrace to enjoy a morning cup of coffee, or an evening cocktail while enjoying the impressive view, and an area with several sun decks, a bar and sink.. Guests are also invited to enjoy the private, heated Jacuzzi tub located on the terrace of the 2nd master suite (Agua). On the final level, you will find the grand master suite (which name is Palapa), with a Palapa type roof, a King-size canopied elegant bed, with a beautiful private bath, indoor living area, and an outstanding view. On this same level, a 2nd outdoor/indoor living area with Palapa type roof, consisting of a living room, a dinning room, a bar for a wet bar, two tables for a bar and several sun decks, etc. The perfect place where up to 16 persons can lounge in the sun or enjoy the shade while they appreciate the sea and Sayulita views, during the day, as well as, night time.

Not only is the design of this Sayulita villa stunning, the location is just three blocks from the beach and 30 meters from the main town plaza and just a few meters form the main restaurants and shopping area. The views from every Room or Suite and every Living Area in the house are gorgeous but the interior décor is extremely tasteful and well adding that extra touch that truly takes Mi Otra Casa to a level all on its own, the ultimate Sayulita luxury villa.
