Casa Serene in Sayulita is a brand new, luxury villa nestled in the jungle of Sayulita. This architect's dream is just a 5-minute golf cart ride from the centre of town, in a gated and secured property and provides a serene retreat surrounded by lush jungle and colourful gardens.
Casa Serene is the last house at the end of the estate and was built with privacy, comfort, peace and tranquility in mind. Surrounded on 3 sides by jungle you can enjoy the beauty of nature and fall peacefully asleep while being just moments away from the vibrant local scene.
With over 5000 square feet of living space and boasting an exceptional indoor outdoor living area it is the perfect place to gather with friends and family for both quiet retreats and to party down for celebratory occasions!

Master bedroom. 4 poster king bed, large ensuite bathroom with shower, bath and jungle views, walk in closet and huge private deck overlooking the jungle.
Bedroom 2. 1 king bed (divisible to 2 single beds) ensuite shower bathroom, ample closet space for 2 or more people with French doors leading to private deck and small garden.
Bedroom 3. 1 king bed (divisible to 2 single beds) ensuite shower bathroom, ample closet and drawer space for 2 or more people with French doors leading to back garden.

Security All pricing is in USD per night.
All rentals will be asked for a $500 refundable security deposit.
Pool can be heated (usually not needed) for $100 daily charge.
We ask for a 50% deposit to secure the reservation, and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Please note that these payments are non-refundable. However, should you need to cancel for any reason I will attempt to re-rent the house. In the case that the house is re-rented, your payment will be refunded minus any fees.
Mexico is different from the USA or Canada in that the country/people have their own sets of traditions, values, norms, and ways of life. Many things we take for granted “up north” are not quite the same down here in Sayulita. Sometimes variables like utilities, smells, noise, neighbors, cars, animal life, repair times, etc just cannot be managed in the same manner as in other parts of the world. While we do our very best to ensure a delightful and 100% positive vacation, please understand that some of the reasons we love living and vacationing in Mexico can occasionally be a bit inconvenient. Thus, our refund policy will not cover any of the above items unless it is something within our immediate control. Thank you for understanding.
We had an amazing stay here in Sayulita.
Location is perfect, it’s just a short drive into town so a great place to come back to at the end of the day to unwind and chill, or chill by the pool all day if you want! Lol.

From the moment we stepped into the property, the allure of the refreshing pool caught our eyes, The pool area, surrounded by lush greenery and comfortable loungers, provided a perfect oasis to unwind and soak up the tropical ambiance.
Additionally, I want to extend my appreciation for the excellent communication and hospitality of Simon.
I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a perfect blend of comfort and tropical beauty. I look forward to the opportunity to return and create more unforgettable memories.
I was with a group of 7 and there was more than enough room for us all. Just a quick golf cart ride to town!

The home has a beautiful indoor/outdoor living space that has been well thought out for groups to enjoy everything the home has to offer! Great amenities including the private pool, outdoor fireplace, tons of seating areas, and laundry! We could tell that the owner put lots of thought into the layout and design of the home, offering a modern clean design that was still very warm and welcoming!
The rooms are nicely set up with ensuites, beautiful custom closets with lots of space for hanging clothes, and dresser storage.
Very comfortable beds, pillows and sheets ( I already ordered the sheets as I loved them that much!)
Home was spotless when we arrived and had great communication with the owner and local property manager.
Beds and bedding was so comfortable, we have ordered the sheets for our own bed at home! Plenty of storage, privacy and supplies to make this property a lovely home base while exploring sayulita.
