Villa Quetzali at Los Almendros in Sayulita is a newly remodeled, bright and airy 2 bedroom 2 bath villa in the beautiful Los Almendros condo complex on a quiet flat street on the sought after north side of town, just 2 blocks to the beach. Take the elevator up one floor to Villa Quetzali to enjoy beautiful views of the jungle, the pool, and watch the sun go down over the swaying coconut palms from the main terrace, which opens from the kitchen and living areas. 

The bedrooms consist of 1 king suite with a private terrace and ensuite bath. The second bedroom has two twin size beds which can be made into a king if requested, and there is an extra built-in sofa that can be used as a bed for a child or extra guest.

The well appointed kitchen has slab granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and seating for four around the island bar. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need for a comfortable stay, including coffee maker, blender, microwave and even a tea kettle! All of dish and glassware as well as pots and pans are provided. There is extra outdoor dining space on the terrace overlooking the pool.

The living space has two large, built in sofas for plenty of seating, ceiling fan and air conditioning. There is even a flat screen TV with English channels if you can bear to stop looking out the windows at all the beautiful coconut palms and tropical landscape. There is additional built in seating on the covered terrace.
