Description

Welcome to Casita Brissa in Sayulita. Located on the tranquil north end of town, a 3 minute walk down a cobblestone road takes you to the beach, and a 10-15 minute walk will take you to town.

The architecturally designed 1 bedroom casita has a deck, and is surrounded by beautiful private gardens, with the view and sounds of the ocean. It is air conditioned, has ceiling fans, and sliding screen doors for your sleeping comfort.

The casita has a comfortable king size bed with a pillow top mattress that has 100% high quality cotton sheets and linens. A small kitchen area provides you with all the necessary cooking staples and appliances you would need to prepare breakfast, casual meals, or to blend up delicious margaritas. In addition, the casita has a water purification system.

Casita Brissa is decorated in a casual, tropical, and tasteful style. Beautiful colors, handcrafted carpentry, stonework, local art, and artistic tile help create the ambience for a perfectly relaxed vacation.

A space for private parking is provided. Depending on your individual needs, there are numerous car rental agencies available (we use Gecko) or we can arrange for a roundtrip airport pick up along with a grocery stop.

Our English/Spanish speaking Housekeeper will greet you and familiarize you with the casita. The Housekeeper will be available during your entire stay for any assistance or services as needed.

Casita Brissa is private and sleeps 2 people.

If you are in need of more space, the main house Casa Brissa is also available on the property and has 3 bedrooms. Or, you can rent the Casa + Casita together for a total of 4 bedrooms.

No smoking or pets allowed on the premises.

Seasonal rates are per night and in US Dollars

High Season: $165. per night

Low Season: $140. per night

Holiday rates: $180. per night

Preferred weekly rental Saturday to Saturday (if house is not rented we will have some flexibility so please ask).

4 night minimum stay

NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES.

Rental Policy: A 50% deposit of the total rent is due to secure the reservation. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival along with a $200 security deposit (which is refunded within two weeks of your departure).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of reservation is needed 90 days prior to arrival date. We will give a total refund on rental less $100.00 USD transaction fee. After 90 days no refund unless property can be rented. If rented we will give total refund less $100.00 transaction fee. If you need to cancel due to COVID-19 please note you can reschedule anytime for a future date within ONE YEAR!

The casita is perfect for a relaxing stay. It is comfortable, well-appointed and in a great location but the best thing… our hosts were amazing! Martin and Lynn made our vacation so enjoyable and easy. The surf lulls you to sleep at night and the beach is just a few steps away. Ahhh… Sayulita life!

Elegant and cozy, beautiful and quiet

We are so fortunate to have found this beautiful, quiet getaway spot in the north end of Sayulita, nestled in beautiful tropical gardens and away from the noise of downtown. The customer supplied all the amenities we needed for our one week stay, and Martin and Lynn were so helpful and so prompt to answer any questions. We look forward with enthusiasm to staying here again when we return in a few months.

10/10 would return to this casita!

Honestly, Casita Brissa was even better than we expected! The hosts were super accommodating and responsive. We checked in and ended up spending 45 minutes just laying on the bed (it was so comfortable!!) and enjoying the beautiful jungle scenery out the windows. It was a perfect spot to get away and explore Sayulita (especially eating the local food). We also loved being on the north side of town since it was a little quieter.

Paradise

I stayed here with 2 grown daughters and son-in-law for 5 nights. From the moment we entered the reclaimed wooden doors and took in the view, we knew Casa Las Brissa was a very special place.

Glass sliding doors opened outdoors to the glistening pool. The area offered ample sunny and shady sitting areas. Every room in the house and very private bedroom areas had a refreshing breeze. The magic continued when we sighted a mother whale and her calf playing in the sea right from our deck chairs!

Lupe, the housekeeper kept the home sparkling clean daily and prepared a delicious meal to order one evening.. The gardener, Manuel, has a jungle of trees and giant foliage to maintain, keeping the property in beautiful condition.

We've stayed in many amazing vacation homes but Las Brissa has them all beat for its beauty, cleanliness, and exceptional accommodation!

Gorgeous and quaint location! Perfect for a couple!!

A fantastic choice for my boyfriend and I for a 5 day trip to Sayulita. It is on the North side of town, where it is quiet, calm, and lush. The Casita was in perfect condition and we arrived on site to a manager who provided with all the information we needed, and more. It was extremely safe, and Lupe came and cleaned daily. I would highly recommend this Casita to anyone who is looking to visit Sayulita by themselves or with a significant other!

"PERFECT GETAWAY"

Casita Brissa was the perfect getaway from the cold Chicago winter. Living so close to the beach and nature, was a constant reminder that we were in the tropics. This lovely little casita had all the comforts my husband and I needed. The kitchenette was well supplied, the bed was ultra comfortable, the wifi worked perfectly, and we loved the ocean breeze through the screened doors (no need for A/C which was available). We appreciated the beach supplies and the 3 minute walk across the road to the ocean. The grounds and casita were kept immaculate and were very private (including the parking space). Part of our daily routine was breakfast on the deck, time at the beach, margaritas at sunset and romantic delicious dinners in town at the many local restaurants. When it was time to return home my husband and I both felt so refreshed and healthier. I would love to return to Sayulita and Casita Brissa as often as I could.

Clean, quiet, easy access to quietest part of the beach

We enjoyed our stay at this pretty little casita. Being on the quiet end of town (15-20 minutes walking by streets) was especially appreciated as we were there during the festive Sayulita Days. (A friend who was staying in town at the same time was unable to sleep for 3 or 4 nights running.) Corey, the property manager, was helpful. He arranged our transportation to and from the airport in Puerto Vallarta, met us upon our arrival and answered our many questions about local resources. It was great to have the daily maid service. Small kitchenette was handy and decently equipped. We found that keeping the doors and window open and running the ceiling fan kept the room cool enough for comfortable sleeping - especially since the unit has nice high ceilings. Then we could also enjoy the sound of the surf at night. The A/C was not very effective but this did not present a problem. It was great to have the beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and small cooler available to take to the beach (which truly is only a 3 minute walk away). The wifi connection was pretty bad (intermittently available and then fairly weak). If you are looking to get disconnected from your various devices, this is a good thing. If you want to try and do some work or connect to the internet while at Casita Brissa, this could be an issue for you.

Chaming Casita

Casita Brissa is a real gem. My husband and I loved everything about it. It was private, safe, and was very well maintained. The location for us was perfect. Quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by lush tropical gardens. It is a few steps from the beach and an easy walk along the beach road to town. We didn't miss the roosters or the bar noise from town. The kitchenette had everthing we needed. We spent a lot of time on the deck. Whether it was enjoying our morning coffee, watching and listening to the tropical birds, or sipping margaritas as we watched the evening sunsets. The sleeping conditions were great. It has the most comfortable pillow top king bed we ever slept in. There are sliding doors with screens that lock so you can adjust the ocean breeze and sounds at night. We liked that the casita gives you the option of being very open, or closed and private.

The owners, property manager, and housekeeper, couldn't have been more accomodating, from the time we made our reservation, and throughout our entire stay.
