We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized assistant to help support the daily operations behind SayulitaLife.com.

This is a behind-the-scenes role that helps keep our systems, listings, and content running smoothly — perfect for someone who enjoys structure, organization, and supporting a small local team in a small local town

This role includes:

✨ Assisting with content creation and updates
📊 Maintaining internal trackers and systems
⭐ Managing and coordinating client materials
📧 Client support and customer service
🌴 Local out-of-office interactions

Requirements:

✅ Strong attention to detail and organization
✅ Comfortable working with spreadsheets and online tools
✅ Clear written communication (English required; Spanish a plus)
✅ Reliable, proactive, and able to follow systems
✅ Based in or near Sayulita

This is a part-time position with flexible hours, ideal for someone who enjoys supporting a small local business and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.
