The village is small and walkable if you are able, and the many hills, cobblestones and stairs make for a great workout, not to mention some fantastic photo opportunities!

If your Sayulita vacation rental is up a steep hill, you may have incredible ocean views, but may not want to walk it every day with small kids, seniors, or when you have been shopping or surfing and have additional things to carry. There are a wide variety of options for getting around in Sayulita, such as golf cart rentals or taxis.

The local Compostela bus service provides a budget friendly and fun way to travel between Puerto Vallarta and Sayulita. The Compostela buses costgolf cart rental in Sayulia 35 pesos and you may easily catch the bus across the highway from the airport.
