Description
CASA JORGE AGUILA in Sayulita is a NEWLY AVAILABLE, Charming and Private 2 bedroom hacienda-style home. Equipped with a master bedroom in the main house and a separate guestroom. Both are air-conditioned and have a full bathroom.
The master bedroom has a king bed, and an additional twin bed is available with advanced notice. The detached guestroom is available with either two twin beds or a king-size bed.
Located on the quieter, north side of Sayulita, and minutes away to both the town center (7-10 min)and beaches (2-4 min), all within short, flat walking distances, the home is situated with no steep hills to climb.
In addition to its PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL, the outdoor dining/lounging area offers an expansive terrace and poolside palapa, with overhead lighting and fan…all embraced by the tropical ambiance.
The fully equipped kitchen provides the necessary appliances needed to prepare meals to enjoy indoors or poolside.
Light housekeeping is provided as needed, daily housekeeping can be requested at an additional charge.
Garden and pool are maintained every 2-3 days.
Pool and beach amenities are available. On-property parking for guest vehicle.

Fabulous home!!
We are loving our stay at Casa Jorge Aquila! It is even more expansive than the photos show, the tall ceilings throughout the home are beautiful and the layout of the property is really spacious. There’s a locked/gated courtyard where you can park your golf cart (we got ours from our car transport company Jose Ramos). The main outside area is wonderful, we’ve been using the pool and hanging out under the palapa. The pool is the perfect size for our family of 4. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans, utensils, etc. FYI there’s no oil or salt/pepper. We stopped at the store on the way from the airport! The house is a 5 min golf cart ride to the main part of Sayulita, and a 1 min drive to the north end of the beach. It’s a perfect distance from town for a quiet nights sleep (esp with kids). We love it here! Jose has been super quick to respond before and during our trip! Thank you!!!

Old word charm
The location was great with a super short walk to the beach , bars, restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed the place! The living spaces were situated around the palapa and swimming pool which we spent a ton of time at. There were some awesome hiking trails up The road to very secluded beaches! Sayulita was an amazing place with great food and nightlife. The people/locals were some of the nicest we have ever been around while on vacation in another country!

We’ll absolutely be returning!
We stayed at Jose’s place for a week with my elderly parents and our 16 month old. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and the perfect location for a family that wants to be close to the beach and town but far away enough from the noise of the late nights. The courtyard and pool area is so perfect for family days and nights and the separation between the two spaces was perfect for a little privacy. We felt at home immediately. We’ll absolutely be returning!

Absolutely perfect!
This place was absolutely perfect for our first stay in Sayulita. We felt that the location was the perfect walking distance from all of the action in Sayulita, but also quiet and just one block from the beach. The home felt secure and spacious. The pool was crystal clean and got ample sun throughout the day.
Jose was very responsive and accommodating to us throughout our stay which added a lot of value. I have already recommended this rental to a few of my friends and I would not hesitate to stay here again with a group of 2 to 4 people max.
Come to Sayulita hungry, the food was top tier at every single restaurant we went to. We also took several yoga classes, there is a very affordable yoga and breakfast combo across the street. And we also took a day trip to San Pancho, which was phenomenal as well.

Practically perfect in every way
This little piece of paradise was absolutely perfect for us. It was wonderful to be away from the hustle and bustle of town yet still be close enough for a quick walk. We loved having our own private pool and actually spent several days lounging there. The beach is literally a block and a half away, a very easy stroll. The property was practically perfect for our group of four. The master is in the main house and a second room and bathroom is a guest house across the courtyard. It was perfect for me and three adult kids.

Casa Jorge Aguila is the perfect mix of quiet and convenience. It is close enough to downtown and to beaches to walk anywhere and in a quiet enough neighborhood to retreat from the hustle and bustle to enjoy some downtime by the pool.

Highly recommended!
Jose's communication was top-notch. He answered all my questions prior to our trip, and was very accommodating. The house is in a perfect location, is super secure and private, had comfortable beds and linens. We reserved a golf cart that our driver setup for us (Jose's recommendation) and that was waiting for us at the house when we got there. Didn't need it to get around because walking to the beach or main plaza was super easy, but fun nonetheless and we took it everywhere. Went to the beach 3 minutes away one day with the house's provided beach chairs and had margaritas delivered by a local. We ate and had drinks multiple times at Chaman Mexican Creative Kitchen a two minute walk from the house and it was fabulous every time. We didn't even use the kitchen but appreciated the fresh water provided. Wish I had known the pool isn't heated because it was mild temperatures while we were there so it was too cold to use so that was a bit disappointing but overall great stay!

Exceeded our expectations!
Loved staying at Casa Jorge Aguilar. Me and my friends had a great time. The outdoor area with the palapa is perfect for just hanging out and was very private from surrounding properties and the street. The walk into town was about 10min which wasn't too bad, but in 90 degree weather can be a bit of an annoyance, I'd recommend a golf cart. A/C is in both the guest room and master bedroom, it took awhile to get the rooms cold, but felt great once it was there. It would've been nice to have A/C in the living room/kitchen area, but overall it worked out.
