The villa is perfect for families and groups of up to 4 people.
It has an excellent location, two blocks away from the beach on the left surf break.
The area where it is located is a quiet area with houses, some nearby hotels, small cafes and some grocery stores.
Downtown is just a 7 minute walk.
The villa is distributed in 3 floors.
On the first floor the kitchen, dinning room and living room are located.
On the second floor are the two bedrooms. The main bedroom with a full bathroom and a king size bed.
The second bedroom with two single beds. On the second floor there is also the second full bathroom.
On the third floor is the pool and the terrace. The measurement of the pool is 3.5x3.5 meters and is 75 cm deep.
The villa has TV, AC, WIFI, towels, kitchen utensils, washing machine, dryer, one longboard and two bicycles.
The Villa is ideal for small groups seeking privacy with all the amenities of a small home.

The casa was so comfortable and cozy with everything we could have needed to make our time in Sayulita easy. Fabulous beach art in all the rooms, well-outfitted kitchen if you want to cook (we mostly ate out except for breakfast), hot water always, awesome roof-top patio with incredible views and a cute little pool. Great place for sunrises and sunsets and hanging out after the beach.
And if we needed anything, it was really easy to text/email and get an immediate response.
As well, we always felt like the house was safe and secure.
