Pancho Verde is a beautiful home.
My experience was good and would have been much better if I could have scheduled my trip when it was not the rainy season. There is only air conditioning in the bedrooms but not in the living room which was hard during the hot humid days. The AC in both bedrooms work really well tho and it was great for sleeping!

There were some bugs which were expected because the backyard is basically the jungle (scorpion, gecko, mosquitos are some I encountered in the home.) We stayed during the hot, humid rainy season so at some point the water started to get into the house under one of the doors during a storm. i had to put two towels to block it. The wifi wasn’t working 2/3 we were there but i’m guessing it was due to the thunderstorm. The outside patio is quite lovely tho (both top and bottom). Nice stay. I would come back in better weather.

Wonderful stay! Comfy beds, cold A/C and peaceful
Pancho Verde in Sayulita is superb! We had a wonderful time staying here. The beds were comfy and bedrooms had very new AC units that pumped really cold air. Perfect for those hot days when you wanna come back and cool off. The outdoor showers were the most amazing aspect of this place and the patio areas. The hammock was a nice tropical touch. A perfect place for myself and 4 friends. Definitely would book again!

Very beautiful home
Pancho Verde is a beautiful home located about 10 mins walk from the beach. The only issue we encountered was a shortage of water in the morning but usually resolved by afternoon, this was a town issue, nothing to do with the house. Other than that - a very beautiful home and a wonderful stay.

Great home and management. Can't wait to return!
Pancho Verde was perfect for our Sayulita vacation. Beautiful Casa, all the amenities needed, very clean, large enclosed private and comfortable outdoor terrace lounge space, close walk to the center of town, yet far enough to avoid the bulk of noise and chaos of the late night. Eric facilitated a same day last minute booking for us very quickly. Friendly and efficient. Can’t wait to go back!

Great location and awesome house and management
Set just outside of the central town and tucked away off the busy street it’s an enjoyable 10 minute walk to the village square. Spacious, clean, nicely decorated, really comfortable beds, lots of amenities like an outdoor shower, coffee maker and unlimited filtered water. Was a great home base to come back to for a good nights rest or to have some down time in the middle of your day. The owner was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with, would stay here again anytime!

Lovely home, great location
Pancho Verde is a lovely house with two huge terrace areas. Tastefully furnished and supplied with everything you might need during your stay. The beds were super comfy, and there are 2 bathrooms, and an additional outside shower. It was about a 10 min. walk to the beach and we were glad that it was located away from the noise of the night life in town.

There was construction going on across the road which tended to wake us up in the morning, along with the roosters that live next door, but we didn't mind because we were up and out of the house each morning to go to the beach. If you think this would bother you just ask if the construction is still going on. This house is not air conditioned, but all rooms have ceiling fans and there is awesome air conditioning in the bedrooms for comfortable sleeping. The windows have screens (something you don't always find in Mexican homes) but be prepared to find small bugs and an occasional lizard in the house--this is Mexico and in the jungle! We loved our stay at Pancho Verde and will return!

Wonderful house for our two month stay
We stayed for February and March 2015, and are planning to return in 2016. The house is located at the end of a quiet street & one of the neighbours showed us the short cut to the beach through the jungle trail. The walk to the beach was about 7 minute, and to town about 10mins. You will need good flat shoes/sandals as the town is cobblestones or dirt roads. We live in a small community on the west coast of Canada, so this is the perfect spot for us. This was our second stay in Sayulita and we find the town very safe and the locals very helpful. A simple, "Hola, Buenas Dias" makes a huge difference to making friends. The house worked very well for us, and apart from the usual chickens and dogs is in a very quiet spot of this sometimes busy little town. We all brought and used earplugs for sleeping. The house just needs a coat of exterior paint and it will look as good as in the photos. We used the upstairs bedroom and when friends came to stay they used the downstairs bedroom & bathroom. The beds are very comfortable, a king up and a queen down.
We purchased a new frying pan and some wine glasses and donated them to the house., as they were very inexpensive. We contacted the Property Manager as the coffee pots weren't very good & there weren't lids for the saucepans, and Rudolfo arrived with a brand new coffee pot & a large saucepan with lid. We requested a BBQ and a brand new one was delivered, which was great for outdoor cooking. We brought a good sharp knife and sharpener with us, as most rentals don't provide good knives. There are enough plates and utensils for six people, and when we had more for dinner they brought their own from their house. Belen, the housekeeper came twice weekly, and was wonderful. She changed the bedding weekly and if we needed fresh towels that was done twice weekly if needed. We made arrangements for four Tommy Bahamas beach chairs to be purchased before we arrived, the owners paid for two and we paid for two and donated them to the house, and it was great having them along with beach umbrellas and boogie boards. We brought our own beach towels as those provided were quite small and very well used. We had six of the huge water bottles upon arrival and replacements were complimentary. The gardeners Pancho and Vincente came twice a week and were friendly too. The safe is large enough to hold all our valuables, including a lap top. Sayulita is a very safe community and I walked from town (10mins) at night alone without any problems (I'm a woman in my mid sixties) There are many inexpensive fresh fruit and veggie shops nearby along with places to buy fresh fish and meat. We cooked most of our meals at the house, and ate out occasionally trying out the many delicious restaurants in town. We used the laundry a couple of minutes walk away. We dropped of the dirty clothes in the morning and collect them in the evening, all folded for $5 for a huge load. The house is constructed to take advantage of the shade and even has a ceiling fan on the downstairs patio. We loved the outdoor living aspect of the home and the dining table is outdoors. This may be our home for several winters to come, thanks for sharing your home with us.

real life...real good
My wife and two kids stayed at Pancho Verde this October. To make a long story short, it was amazing. The house is at the end of a quiet road off the main drag which was perfect. Theres friendly neighbors, kids, horses, etc. We felt like we were part of the local community. it's the kind of place that screams good, clean mexico living. If you want infinity pools and glorious views then Pancho Verde isn't for you. If you want a great house and a great place to unwind and reset then this is your place.

Nick and Gabby were awesome and always willing to help out in regards to anything…their favorite local fare, where to surf, hangout and which tequila is best.

An overall amazing experience for our whole crew. Head on down to Pancho Verde…your gonna be stoked!
