Our lessons consist of a few minutes of theoretical class on the beach to teach you the importance of safety in the water, how to control your equipment, and how to stand on the board, as well as the codes of ethics of surfing. We will then move on to practice in the water where we will help you catch as many waves as possible, helping you improve your technique on each wave while having fun. In total the lesson lasts 1.5 hours.

Vida Surf Sayulita also offers surf trips to La Lancha beach, a 20-minute drive from Sayulita + a 15-minute walk through the jungle to discover one of the most beautiful beaches in the Riviera Nayarit, and with excellent waves for beginners. We also offer trips to other beaches in the surrounding area.
