Casa Vista in Sayulita is a cozy 3 bedroom 2 bath vacation rental with a chemical free saline pool, and offers ocean and jungle views in a fabulous location on Gringo HIll. Suitable for 2 couples or a small family, with sleeping space for 2-3 kids. Casa Vista can also be rented with the house next door, Casa Tres Vistas, if you have a larger group, for a total of 6 bedrooms.
The Living Space:
The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, polished concrete counters, and filtered water from special tap at sink. There are both indoor and outdoor dining tables. Ceiling fans in the living and dining area provide great airflow and lighting. In addition, there is A/C throughout the 3 bedrooms and living room areas should you need it. The main floor bath is spacious with a large polished concrete soaking bathtub and shower. The living room enjoys an ocean view, comfortable seating, and a large flat screen smart TV with Apple TV and Netflix.
The Bedrooms:
The ocean view master bedroom has a queen size bed, plenty of built in closet storage, and a small nook (no AC) with single bed that is perfect for a child. The second bedroom has a queen, desk space, as well as plenty of closet space.
The spacious, air conditioned guest suite overlooks the pool, has a king size bed, desk/workspace with WiFi. The palapa covered terrace overlooks the pool, village, and jungle. The ensuite bath is large, with a walk in shower and stone walls.
The chemical free, saline pool has room for the whole family and will be your favorite place to hang out. There are poolside lounges and umbrella so you can sip cocktails overlooking the lush, jungly hillsides and enjoy a peek of the ocean.

ALL Pricing is for 4 persons. There is a $25 USD per person fee for each extra person up to a MAXIMUM of 6 people total (anyone 2 years old or greater is counted in total).

Reservations are held with a 50% deposit with the balance paid 60 days prior to arrival. For the enjoyment of all, Casa Vista requests at least a three night reservation.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of deposit payment are fully refunded. Cancellations with at least 60 days notice receive their 50% deposit refunded. With less than 60 days notice, the 50% deposit is not refunded.

The staff is super helpful with any requests! Our only recommendation to the host was an update on some items in the casa, because everything else is really perfect.
Our trip was a little different than most reviews here. We went there to keep our social distance, so we didn’t go to town walking, we went road-tripping from our hometown and brought our car to go to remote beaches. We found great local suppliers like doña Lidia with fruits and vegetables, Nando with fresh fish and shrimp to cook and we also ordered from La Comer. If you are planning on this kind of trip is totally doable!
We definitely plan on coming back soon, had a wonderful time!
