The Agave Suite is a deluxe one bedroom accomodation ideal for one or two guests. Guests will enjoy a cozy reading area, a patio area for relaxing with guests, a small kitchen, and an open sunny area for sun bathing. Additionally, up one level, guests may relax in the ocean view Agave Lounge with beautiful day and nigh tviews of the Pacific, the village Sauylita and the mountains. The saltwater lap pool is available 24/7 with towels provided.

The Agave Suite is the only rental in Casa Agave.
Casa Agave is a 10 minute walk north of Sayulita's plaza — no late-night bars, traffic. You’ll be just a gentle five-minute stroll to the beach and ten minutes to the lively village plaza.
Your private second-floor suite offers everything you need for comfort and connection: a king-size bed, private bath, and a full outdoor kitchen stocked with essentials like spices, olive oil, and vinegar. The covered living and dining area invites you to unwind, while the spacious patio offers ocean breezes, casual seating, and a sunny sundeck with lounge chairs.

FAQ
* Are there other rentals on the property? No, the suite is the only rental.
* Sayulita has two rental homes named Casa Agave. Which one is this? Our home is much closer to the village and the beach. One hundred steps to a small grocery store, one block from several restrurant and small shops on Calle Miramar.
* Is Casa Agave in a quiet neighborhood? Yes, very typical Mexican neighborhood. Roosters, birds, dogs. The elemenrty school is a block away so some children noises.
* Are there noisy bars nearby? The nearest bar is the Sports Garden one block away. Sports only, no live music.
* Is the pool private? Yes and no. As our guest you will have exclusive use of the pool and pool area. That said, my wife Kathy and I live on the pool level. Although we no longer use the pool we are occasionally relaxing or reading poolide.
* Are we (the owners) here year round? No, generally we arrive early in November and depart in mid-April
