Villa Alta Mira (The Villa of Great Views) is a stunning display of architecture, décor, and luxury, offering stunning views of Sayulita Mexico, the Pacific Ocean, and surrounding jungle and the town of Sayulita. Our 2.5 acre villa estate offers guests the utmost of true style and taste in one of Sayulita’s most private locations that allows complete peace and tranquility away from the noise and crowds even during the busiest holiday weeks. The Villa offers three master suites, a media room with a large screen TV and an office with a view of the surf break.
Privacy: The villa is located at the end of a long gated driveway meandering through two acres of native jungle. The gate is remote-controlled with TV monitors. With the exception of staff quarters located behind the garage, no homes exist within a nearby radius; thus privacy and solitude is guaranteed.
Comfort: Our house has been designed to provide maximum comfort during your Sayulita stay. We offer all expected amenities including aloe-vera/bamboo mattresses with 400-count sheets, heated swimming pool with dual recliner lounges, media room with large-screen TV, Bose sound system, and Bosch kitchen appliances, wine fridge, and espresso machine. Of course, daily maid service is provided along with meal preparation if requested.*
Style: Villa Alta Mira has been designed and created like no other home/villa in the area. Natural sunlight, cross-ventilation, use-of-space, sound, color, texture have all been taken into consideration during the design and construction process. As the pictures demonstrate, our home provides a true luxury vacation experience.
Bedrooms: Our home offers three master en-suite bedrooms with A/C, two with king beds and one that can be either two twins or a king. We recently completed a 4th bedroom with its own bathroom as well

Security The house is open and airy and warm and inviting and there aren’t enough words to aptly describe it. Just stay here. Don’t overthink it. Done. We were two couples with three young kids and there were delights for every single one of us. A pool for sunny days and tv room for rainy ones, unless you fancy a refreshing dip in a torrential downpour which we did!
Rent golf carts SO FUN and don’t even think about staying anywhere else. Ian and Kerry are the perfect hosts and their house is a dream. My only complaint is that our vacation ended. boom.

We rented golf carts to make our trips into town a little faster and I would definitely recommend doing that if you stay at Vila Alta Mira.
Chapina is the lady that helped with taking care of the house, and she was simply outstanding.... We had her prepare a few meals for us and the food was delicious!

Only draw back to the home could be that it's a 15 minute walk or a 5 min golf cart to the beach. This short distance from the city did make our time in the house peaceful and relaxing.

Our initial fear when booking was that this way not right on the beach, that ended up being in our favor. It was a quick 5 min golf cart ride down to the beach, that 5 mins was well worth being at one of the highest and best places for sunsets, secure location, great breeze to cool you off and epic ocean view.
A few highlights
The staff (Chepina and Victor) were so friendly and helpful, they really strived to make sure we had everything we needed.
Cleanliness, sometimes rental homes are so-so on the cleanliness – this place was over the top clean.
Strong Internet, house audio system – some small things that really made for a great experience.
Kids toys, setup: If you’re looking to bring your family (young or old) this is the place. The owners have kids and they gave us the option to leave a few toys out. This was a huge plus as a family.
The owner had great communication
I would recommend renting a golf cart or a small rental car if you’re going to rent.
