– No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival.
Exceptions for refunds will not be made for factors beyond our control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, health issues, transportation difficulties, local utility disruptions, power failures, cancelled flights, early departures, failure to appear, or reservation changes. Given the possibility of unexpected events, we highly advise obtaining travel insurance.
The condo itself, is gorgeous! It didn’t hurt that we were one of the first ones to stay. Everything was brand new.
Every amenity you could imagine, is there! Everything you might need to make and serve a meal, both indoors and out. All the comforts of home.
The pool is fantastic, there’s a heated outdoor shower, the beds are comfortable, It’s nicely decorated, great work area, showers are awesome, It’s very secure, has a garage… I could go on and on!

It was our 1st trip to Mexico and they made sure it was perfect. From arranging transport from the airport to condo (with a trip to the grocery store along the way) to easy, convenient golf cart rental, to restaurant options in their guide book. There wasn't anything we needed that they didn't have covered.
The condo is a quick walk to the beach and the city square and the markets. All the finishes in the condo are luxe and it's decorated beautifully and still comfort to relax in.(it looks just like the pictures)
Walking out to the infinite edge pool after of day of fun in Sayulita was relaxing and calm. As wonderful as Sayulita was (and we're definitely going back) we decided that Simon and Aurora's place was the best part of the trip!!!!! Thank you:)
