All pricing is in USD per night.
4 night minimum stay; 7 nights during holiday periods. Preferred weekly rental Saturday to Saturday (if house is not rented we will have some flexibility so please ask).
Holiday Rates: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Semana Santa and Easter.
High Season: October 1 - June 30
Low Season: July 1- September 30
A 50% deposit of the total rent is due to secure the reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival
A weekly cleaning is included with your stay. If you wish to receive additional cleaning, the cost is $50 per clean.
If you need to cancel more than 30 days in advance of your booking, your deposit will be returned minus a $500 fee. Within 30 days of your booking you will forfeit 100% of the rental amount. If we are able to re-rent the property, 50% of your rental amount will be returned.
Had a minor issue but Frank and Valerie were responsive and immediately fixed the issue.
Sayulita is a wonderful city. This is a great place to spend while experiencing the city.
The location was perfect for our family- the pool was a huge hit with our kids and the beach was just a few minutes walk when we wanted a change of scenery. We liked that it was a bit removed from the Main Street, so very quiet and just a 15 minute leisurely walk on the beach or road into town.
The house itself was impeccable and is so well equipped! The washer and dryer were super handy, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and in great condition. The beds are very comfortable and with AC and fans we slept great. Val and Frank were amazing hosts and gave us great recommendations and helped with all our requests. Cannot recommend this little gem enough!
