Enjoy it you won’t regret it!!

This is our second time staying here, and we love the house, it feels like home. The kitchen has what you need, the backyard is beautiful and a great place to hang out after a day at the beach. Will is amazing house manager, always responsive, helpful to find things to do, ask questions and provided us anything we needed for the house. The house was very clean the pool was also! We love the location out of the noise but easy to walk to town we did it daily at least twice if not more with kids (ages 8 months to 13) . We will definitely be back and would recommend this place for families. We rent the upper and lower unit each time. Great price for all it has to provide. The Neighbors are great the stores near bar are very handy for snacks and last minute things!

We loved it!

we really enjoyed our stay. the location was great, close enough to the town and the beach but far enough not to be bothered by the noise of the bars and restaurants. the house is big, the living room is comfortable, the kitchen large and had most of the essential amenities. the backyard is a lovely and peaceful oasis with large flowering plants and good size pool, comfortable lounge chairs, bbq and an outdoor shower. we loved it, it was great for the family because it had enough space so we weren't all cramped together all the time. thanks!!

Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great day at Casa Roja in the lower house for over a week. Was super comfortable for three adults and a 15 month old baby. Plenty of space to enjoy inside and the pool and outdoor shower outside were awesome.
Kitchen and amenities were perfect to cook some meals in and enjoy things like a blender for smoothies and coffee maker.
Our hosts were super responsive and made sure we were well taken care of and even provided nice touches/gofts like some beers upon arriving and coffee for us during our stay.
We liked the neighborhood and super convenient to be next to two little stores for things we need and a minute or two away from a bigger store. Would definitely stay here again and recommend for folks looking for a family friend place 10-min walking distance from everything you need or want to go.

Quiet location and close to everything

House was charming and the pool and garden were lovely. Upstairs was vacant so it provided privacy.

Overall great time at the place!

We booked this place with friends so had the up and down suites. Keys were left for us in the lockbox and the location we were familiar with. Love the two little stores next door, super convenient. Cats weren’t annoying, you could leave the doors open and they wouldn’t come inside, except one day they killed a bird and had a feast on it so the feathers were everywhere after.
Pool is great, beach towels and blankets were a nice touch. Kitchen had all the essentials for cooking if you want to. Wifi really only works downstairs but wasn’t an issue for us. Would be if you only had the upstairs booked. Only other thing I would suggest is extra blankets, the one for the master room downstairs was tiny and barely was enough blanket for one.
Overall great time at the place!

Would highly recommend Alicia’s place!

We rented the upper and lower for a family vacation. It was great to have the whole house.
Will the property manager was amazing to communicate with, he was very helpful, kind and responsive. The pool was cleaned/checked on more than expected.
The location of the house was perfect away from the noise of town yet very walkable to town and all beaches.
We were a group of 9 people ages 4 to 80.
The backyard was beautiful perfect chill day or to take a dip after the beach.
The house was spacious for all of us, kitchens had the basics to cool. We left some foil and bags to store leftovers etc.
Beds are comfortable as noted in other reviews. The stores neighbouring came in very handy.
Would highly recommend Alicia’s place!

We loved our time at Casa Roja! The location is amazing. The neighbourhood was new to us, after many stays in Sayulita! It’s walkable
To everywhere ( and no hill! Unlike lots of other Sayulita addresses )
The backyard is an oasis - outdoor dining and loungers! The beds were super comfortable and the bedrooms had lots of storage. Will the property manager was amazing and met us after check in to make sure we were happy and comfortable. We look forward to staying here again!

Lovely place!

Lovely place, spacious and private but still so close to the central of Sayulita and the beach. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking and I can really recommend it!
