Casa Vida Real in Sayulita is a beautiful and spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house located on a quiet cobblestone street on Gringo Hill. Casa Vida real is just a short walk to the heart of Sayulita and the beach but provides peace and tranquility away from the action.
The Location
Casa Vida Real, set upon Gringo Hill in the center of town, is tucked away and gated and offers guests a quiet location and a piece of serenity. The lovely open and expansive 2 bedroom, though only minutes away from the hustle and bustle, offers a peaceful night's sleep. Enjoy a short five-minute walk to the center of town where you find Sayulita’s best restaurants, bars, and boutique shops. The main beach of Sayulita is just a 10-minute walk and offers activities such as surfing, stand-up paddling, or just a day of fun in the sun.
The Space
Casa Vida Real contains two large bedrooms, both with a king-size bed and a large closet. The master bedroom, located upstairs, has its own bathroom and terrace overlooking the pool and patio. Both bathrooms are ample and beautifully tiled. The downstairs open floor plan creates a spacious living area with a television, desk workspace area, wifi, and A/C through the house. A full kitchen, bar countertop, and barbeque provide a perfect opportunity for a lovely night in. Enjoy the private saltwater pool and large patio for lounging. Housekeeping is provided weekly. A golf cart charger is available for those who wish to have transportation.

Rates are per night and in US dollars, include purified water as needed and maid service once per week.

Our cancellation policy is FULL REFUND with 60 days’ Notice, prior to date of reservation. After the 60 day (prior to date of reservation) we will make a good-faith effort to re-rent the accommodations, and we will provide a refund less $100.00 USD cancellation fee, if we are able to do so.

This place was perfect. A great location. We rented a golf cart but only used it to go to faraway beaches because the walk into town was so quick. Close to everything! Can’t wait to stay here again. The air conditioning worked well. The pool was so much fun!

Ideal spot for family vacation!
We stayed at Casa Vida Real for 5 days, and overall, the place was awesome! It was a short walk to town, but far enough away where you could not hear town in the evening (which is great when needing to get some elementary aged kids to bed at a reasonable time). The pool (good size for 1 family) was a big hit, and a nice way to start/end the day. House had plenty of space and amenities, and really could not have asked for much more. On the downside, one of the neighboring homes has A LOT of noisy wildlife. The roosters do what roosters do, and will wake you up early in the morning (4-5am). Something to consider if you are a light sleeper. Additionally, the house is located on some rather steep hills. Was not an issue for my family, but may not be the best location for groups with mobility issues (maybe a golf cart would help). All in all, a great place to stay, and will stay here again if/when our travels take us back to Sayulita!

Great stay in Sayulita!
Had a great experience here. Clean, quiet and had everything I needed. Only a few minutes to the Plaza or beach. Bed and bathrooms were very clean.

Lovely house
All I can say is I can’t wait to be back at Casa Vida Real. This was our 2nd stay at Casa Vida Real and it was great. The house was very clean and inviting and the pool was perfect for an afternoon dip. The beaches and town are a very short distance away. I am looking forward to our next stay.

The cutest little place! Has the perfect Mexican style touch! Pool is quaint and outdoor area is private enough that you can’t be seen by the neighbors. Close walk to town and the beaches. Hope to be back soon!
