If guests cancel 180 days or more before the arrival date, 80% of all payments received up to that time will be refunded, minus any applicable bank fees and/or transaction commissions.
If guests cancel between 179 and 90 days before the arrival date, 50% of all payments received up to that time will be refunded, minus any applicable bank fees and/or transaction commissions.
If the guests cancel between 89 and 40 days before the arrival date, 25% of all payments received up to that time will be refunded, minus any applicable bank fees and/or transaction commissions.
If the guest cancels 39 days or less before the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
If either party wishes to cancel the reservation, written notice must be provided via email or WhatsApp using the contact information shared during the booking process.
If the owner cancels the reservation, the guest will receive a full refund of all payments received up to that time.
For any cancellation eligible for a refund, the owner will process the refund within 15 business days after receiving complete and accurate banking information from the guest. Refunds cannot be issued without the required banking details.
Coral Studio in Sayulita is a bright, comfortable studio for two, just two and a half blocks from the beach and within easy walking distance of everything that makes the town worth visiting. The space is easy to settle into: a queen-size bed, good cross-ventilation, and large windows with screens that let in plenty of natural light while keeping bugs out. Tucked beside one of those windows, you'll find a proper workspace—desk, chair, adjustable lamp, and a 24" Dell monitor—a thoughtful detail for anyone planning to mix laptop time with vacation.
The kitchenette covers everything you need for breakfast or a light meal: induction cooktop, mini fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and a starter pantry of top-quality Mexican coffee, sugar, oil, salt, and pepper. Bath towels, beach towels, and beach chairs are stocked and ready, so you can grab what you need and head out the door.
The shared terrace quickly becomes a favorite corner of the stay. Shaded seating, a coffee table, and the steady soundtrack of birds singing from the tree overhead make it ideal for a slow morning coffee or a quiet evening with a cold drink.
Just down the street, you'll find the bus station, tortilla shop, produce stands, convenience stores, boutiques, restaurants, and bars—everything walkable, with a calmer atmosphere than the busier blocks closer to the plaza.
A few honest notes: the street is very steep, and you'll hear birds, roosters, and the everyday rhythms of village life (earplugs are provided). Occasional construction in the area can be heard during the day, which is why our rates are priced accordingly.
