It boasts 4 bedrooms, 5 baths, a refreshing pool, and beautiful ocean views. There are 3 balconies for enjoying outdoor tropical living. Each room has a King size bed an ensuite bathroom.
Villa Cuatro at Colina La Iguana is located in a gated, secure neighborhood with a small number of homes. The neighborhood has night guards who patrol at night for your security, and there is parking space for your car or golf cart. The property is located 10 minutes from Sayulita central, so it is recommended to rent a golf cart (please enquire for recommendations) to ease the walk to all the great restaurants, shops, and activities Sayulita has to offer. Colina La Iguana is close to town yet far enough for a peaceful night's sleep.
