Taste, presentation and flavors were exceptional

First time visiting Sayulita, we wanted an unforgettable experience. What more than seafood dishes from this amazing town. Fried Sopes de pescado en salsa roja and Robalo fish wrapped in a leaf with asparagus portabella mushroom and shrimp on silky hollandaise sauce was chefs’ kiss! Chef went out of his way to have a side of fried potatoes since my husband is a potato lover.

Best food experience in Sayulita!

Our dinner experience was AMAZING. The chef and his team are super professional and friendly, the three dishes we picked were super well served, beautifully presented and we could tell the exceptional quality in each of them. Without a doubt, I would call them again next time I’m in town. Me and my friends had a lovely and DELICIOUS dinner.

Top Chef Nayarit

Chef Rodrigo and his team catered the perfect meal. It was difficult deciding who to book for my group of 11 hungry and opinionated men, but we were immediately put at ease with the team’s immaculate vibes. We found him via his instagram page mexicah.sayu - he was very responsive from the start and helpful in deciding our menu. He was accommodating to any request and even catered a separate meal for our vegetarian friend (a real meal, not just a side of avocados). Each of us were wowed by both the presentation and flavours of our meal. We chose the lobster tetelas (which he uses an incredible family mole recipe for), mahi mahi zarandeado, Peruvian ceviche and gordita de chicharrón - would highly recommend any of these and choosing Chef Rodrigo for your next catering experience. I will definitely book if I’m back in the area, and am getting hungry as I fondly reminisce our 12/10 delicious meal.

Amazing Experience!

Amazing in-home dining experience in Sayulita, Mexico! The chef prepared an incredible tiradito, perfectly cooked steak, and a delicious dessert. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully done—truly a five-star experience and a highlight of our stay.

Amazing food

Went to a party that they catered. The food was incredible and so beautiful. I almost didn't want to eat it because it was so pretty. But glad I did because every item was delicious and the guys were So nice! Highly recommend

Great Food, Great Experience

We had chef Rodrigo come to our Airbnb and cook us a private meal. Food was excellent, fish was all extremely fresh and his flavors were exquisite. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great meals cooked at their home. They were very nice and respectful and great value for the food. 10/10 would recommend
