The One At Playa Iguana

The One at Playa Iguana in Sayulita is a newly constructed, 180-degree ocean view beachfront, modern condo accentuated by all new furnishings and stylish décor. Clean lines and contemporary lighting with unique natural touches of wooden ceiling fans and a floor-to-ceiling front door create a mood of casual luxury. The master suite with an ensuite bathroom has an ocean view from the king-size bed. The second bedroom can be made up as a king or two twin beds. The hangout den near the entrance can be closed off by a huge sliding hardwood wall. The extra-large den couch can be converted into a queen-size bed as well, making this an optional third bedroom. On the ocean side, large full-wall glass sliding doors exit from the living room and master bedroom onto the terrace with views down to the pool and out to the ocean and horizon. The large terrace hosts a large dining table with seating for 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Between the kitchen and living room, the interior dining table seats up to 8 people, all with ocean views. The entire condo is 2,165 sq ft and all on one level.

Just a few steps across a quaint road to the sand, Playa Iguana consists of 6 condos sharing beachfront access, an ocean view infinity pool with a waterfall, a large lounge area, a poolside kitchen, and a garage parking area for golf carts only (1 cart space per unit). Ride a converted VW van funicular up the 3 levels from street entry to the front door. The One consists of the entire second floor with access by stairs on the south side leading down to the communal lounge and pool level.

Playa Iguana has night-time security guard 7pm to 7am as well as security cameras and gated property. 

Cleaning service is provided every other day excluding Sundays and holidays. Other amenities include wireless internet, smart TV, pool towels, secure entrance, safe, and guest services.
