Arrival / Departure Policies
This property has the following check-in / check-out times and policies.
Arrival: 15:00
Check-out: 12:00
Late check-out hours: 18:00
Late check-out charges: $ 1,200.00
Late check out (after 12:00 and before 18:00) will result in a fee.
Reservation and Cancellation policies:
1.- To guarantee the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total reservation is required.
2.- On Christmas, New Year, Easter and Easter dates and special dates, a 100% deposit will be required to guarantee reservations.
3.- 100% refund for reservations canceled before 30 days of arrival (except for the aforementioned dates where there is no refund).
4.-The reservation must be paid in full upon arrival.
The general cancellation policy for COVID 19:
1.- Minimum 2 days (48 hours from the confirmation of the reservation) to cancel the reservation if it is directly with the hotel.
2.- If these 2 days (48 hours) are not respected, one night's stay is charged, through the accounting area and it is recorded as NO SHOW.
3.- For the cancellation of all reservations made through travel agencies and / or online travel agencies, they will have to be directly with the agency with which you have reserved. If there is any condition that requires revision or renegotiation, contact us to make the corresponding modifications.
Terms & conditions
1.- All our rates include state and federal taxes.
2.- All base rates allow entry to a child under 12 years old with the exception of our Luxury Suite.
3.- Any extra person over 12 years old will have an additional charge per night.
4.- The Hotel does not have extra beds.
5.- There will be an additional charge of USD 50.00 per night for pets in Pet Friendly rooms (prior reservation and subject to availability).
6.- The use of the rooms is exclusively for guests.
