Digital Platform Management
We can create and/or optimize existing Airbnb and Sayulita Life sites, hire professional photographers and/or drone services to make your property stand out. We attend to online guest inquiries, manage sites, prices and calendars. Most importantly, we spend time ensuring that your online marketing site is optimized.
We coordinate with guests to ensure they have transportation and understand the check in procedure. We physically welcome all guests and clarify any nuances specific to the property. We share personalized Google maps, provide recommendations in a host of areas and coordinate guest cleanings. Renters have access to our team during their stay.
We coordinate landscaping, pool services, preventative and regular maintenance. We pay electrical, water, internet, yearly taxes, etc. We ensure cleaning as well as guest supplies are stocked.
We provide a personalized Google Drive folder where we can share important documents. We maintain a real-time expense report so owners do not have to wait for monthly statements. We discuss the tax implications of a rental property and connect you with tax accountants and/or lawyers that can help you make the right decisions for your situation.

CARLOS is a native Spanish speaker who grew up partially in the United States and in Venezuela. Prior to moving to an eco-community in Sayulita in 2016, he worked for 20 years as a public school teacher, trainer and Principal. He also founded Travel to Learn, an ecoadventure and educational travel company with programs in Arizona and Nicaragua. Carlos has construction experience building with straw bale, cob, earth bag and other earthen materials.
BLOYD’s native language is Spanish and is also fluent in English. He has lived in Sayulita since 2016, where he started in the property management and short-term rental business. Besides being meticulous when it comes to taking care of a property, he has honed his skills and knowledge in the area of online optimization. Bloyd enjoys running and takes people on tours so he is an excellent resource for great local hikes as well.
XIMENA is originally from Mexico City, studied nutrition in Celaya, Guanajuato, worked in a health center and then ran her own clinic. She has been living in Sayulita for five years. She started with vacation rentals as her second job four years ago and has now transitioned to making it her main focus. Ximena provides security for the team as she practices Jiu Jitsu, hikes and loves to exercise.
