Excellent Property Managers

Bloyd and his team at Tu Casa have been wonderful to work with. We are new to the vacation rental business and they have been proactive in advising us and helping us get 5 star reviews on our properties. They are responsive, professional, accurate and well connected in finding great trades people, from painters and electricians to a seamstress and pool tile installers. Probably the BEST spot to stay in at Sayulita.

Quiet neighborhood and very close to the downtown and to the beach access. The private swimming pool and the view outside was truly the best part of the experience. It was very hard to leave the condo, to do our fun activities and tours because it was such a great stay. Wish we extended more days. The host were very responsive and quick to reply to our questions. Once we got to the property, we were greeted by the caretaker/ groundskeeper who was very helpful and nice to find our room. The instructions, recommendations were very detailed and easy to understand. Will be back

100% recommend! Everything was amazing

We had a wonderful experience from the management company to the very spacious home. The team was quick to respond and very kind. The pool was bigger in person and great for a swim to cool off. The location was great, very close to the beach and beach chairs were even provided. It was a quick 10 min walk to Sayulita town square and even closer to great food. Overall we had an awesome time and will definitely be back

The team made our stay PERFECT

Andy’s staff was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. They accommodated an early check-in and provided detailed information before our arrival. Whenever I had questions about the building’s amenities, they responded promptly and clearly. During a water shutdown across the complex, Bloyd went above and beyond by ensuring we had access to water via a backup tank. The condo itself is beautiful and perfectly equipped with everything you could need. It’s situated in a resort area that was never fully developed, which made for a peaceful and quiet environment. We even had the pool and beach club entirely to ourselves.

All in all amazing!

Excellent location beachfront with a great beach volleyball court right out front. Quiet location close by to good restaurants. Great communication with hosts who gave excellent recommendations. Air conditioning in each room worked great. We would happily stay here again!!

Amazing hosts and STUNNING home

Our stay here was absolutely amazing!! The space was huge for the 3 of us, clean and in a great location!! Carlos met us upon check in and gave a thorough tour, provided amazing recommendations for drivers, restaurants, beaches, and everything else you need! Will definitely stay with them next time we visit Sayulita!!
