TU CASA MANAGEMENT IN SAYULITA
We are a bilingual, multidisciplinary team, each with our own well-defined tasks, making our team an excellent option for your business. Whereas most property managers simply take care of a property and guests, we take a proactive approach providing quality maintenance and first-class hospitality for guests. In addition, we offer a full line of services for owners looking to take their rental business to the next level.

Our goal is to optimize your rental business. We achieve this by applying specific strategies to raise the occupancy rate, adjust pricing accordingly and generate 5-star reviews, guaranteeing a strong business in the short and long term. We appreciate long-term professional relationships with owners who understand the care needed to maintain a coastal property.

SERVICES
Digital Platform Management
We can create and/or optimize existing Airbnb and Sayulita Life sites, hire professional photographers and/or drone services to make your property stand out. We attend to online guest inquiries, manage sites, prices and calendars. Most importantly, we spend time ensuring that your online marketing site is optimized.

Guest Management
We coordinate with guests to ensure they have transportation and understand the check in procedure. We physically welcome all guests and clarify any nuances specific to the property. We share personalized Google maps, provide recommendations in a host of areas and coordinate guest cleanings. Renters have access to our team during their stay.

Property Management
We coordinate landscaping, pool services, preventative and regular maintenance. We pay electrical, water, internet, yearly taxes, etc. We ensure cleaning as well as guest supplies are stocked.

Transparent Accounting
We provide a personalized Google Drive folder where we can share important documents. We maintain a real-time expense report so owners do not have to wait for monthly statements. We discuss the tax implications of a rental property and connect you with tax accountants and/or lawyers that can help you make the right decisions for your situation.

Professional Communication
We listen to owners. We respond quickly and always respectfully.

OUR TEAM
CARLOS is a native Spanish speaker who grew up partially in the United States and in Venezuela. Prior to moving to an eco-community in Sayulita in 2016, he worked for 20 years as a public school teacher, trainer and Principal. He also founded Travel to Learn, an ecoadventure and educational travel company with programs in Arizona and Nicaragua. Carlos has construction experience building with straw bale, cob, earth bag and other earthen materials.

BLOYD’s native language is Spanish and is also fluent in English. He has lived in Sayulita since 2016, where he started in the property management and short-term rental business. Besides being meticulous when it comes to taking care of a property, he has honed his skills and knowledge in the area of online optimization. Bloyd enjoys running and takes people on tours so he is an excellent resource for great local hikes as well.

XIMENA is originally from Mexico City, studied nutrition in Celaya, Guanajuato, worked in a health center and then ran her own clinic. She has been living in Sayulita for five years. She started with vacation rentals as her second job four years ago and has now transitioned to making it her main focus. Ximena provides security for the team as she practices Jiu Jitsu, hikes and loves to exercise.

Outstanding Property Management!

If you're looking for a team to personalize your property management experience, and really work hard to find a balance between what you're looking for in property preservation and what the client is looking for in a vacation property, look no further! Carlos, Ximena and Bloyd have the contacts, knowledge and work ethic to make sure all the boxes are checked. When dealing with a challenge, this team gets ahead of the issue to make sure the guest is well taken care of, and we have solid reviews on every stay. As absentee owners, we were very picky in our search for the right team and feel very fortunate to have contracted with Tu Casa Sayulita. We own a 2 bed 2 bath condo in San Pancho.

Best Sayulita property managers

Amazing Team!

We had the best experience in Sayulita due to this amazing team - Carlos, Bloyd, and Ximena. They reached out to us before we arrived in Mexico to see if we had any questions and to check our transportation needs. When we arrived, Ximena was there to greet us and show us around the property and Bloyd stopped by to say “hello.” Throughout our trip, Carlos responded to our various questions and texts. And finally, when we were leaving, Bloyd was there to say goodbye. When we forgot a couple of things at the house, Bloyd immediately called us to let us know and then hopped on his motorcycle and delivered them to us (we were already on our way to the airport). Who does that? This team is amazing! They have excellent communication - everyone is professional, friendly, and accommodating. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect.

Best Management Team in Sayulita

Carlos, Bloyd and Ximena are an amazing team. They are very experienced, professional, reliable and trustworthy. They managed my home and Airbnb business and were always there to solve any issues. Starting out in Sayulita can be quite difficult, so having an experienced team in place can have many benefits. They raised my airbnb status and got massive reviews from the guests. They made my life very easy as my casa had many problems, I could trust them to both solve them as well as provide a great guest service for the Airbnb. Competence in a Sea of Chaos

Looking back, tears of gratitude begin to well up in my eyes recounting the invaluable service(s) bestowed so graciously upon me by these Titans of property management. From the moment I stepped off the plane to the moment of my departure I felt wrapped in a warm blanket of enthusiastic service. My needs were not many; some window curtains, extra towels, directions to town, directions back to the rental, etc. However, a late night scorpion sighting in the garden prompted me to text Carlos and wake him from his sleep. He wasted no time and rode over like my night in shining armor to defend me. Upon locating the scorpion, Carlos began to speak softly to it coaxing it out of the foliage and guiding it into a container for relocation. Such care and adoration was shown to this venerated creature.. it was a powerful moment for me. One that will ensure my patronage of “Tu Casa Management” for years to come. Only con- is that my window curtains never arrived. Other cool things about the team: -Very approachable -English speaking -Quality pizza recommendations -Available early mornings -Carlos makes and offers tinctures of all remedies. -Will meditate w you if asked -Always full of smiles :)

Good people Great service
