Great spot lots of fun, close to town

The hosts were nice and tried to accommodate us as best as possible, and managed to bring us a full sized frying pan and a coffee maker, but they had a huge problem with a faulty hot water heater in a locked closet that was leaking natural gas and carbon monoxide into the unit. We had no hot water for the first 3 days, and found out the unit was flooding with natural gas and carbon monoxide. When they came to tighten the lines, we were told someone was going to enter our unit every night to turn it off and then every morning to turn it back on. I was told they were going to put in a carbon monoxide detector, but they never did, and when I checked the lines again, there was soap bubbling everywhere from the leak. We chose cold showers over potentially dying of carbon monoxide poisoning. The unit was new, very clean and centrally located. The risk to my family because of the leak and the heater mounted in a room with no ventilation (so the pilot light would go out from lack of oxygen) was absolutely not worth it and ruined our vacation as we were constantly worried for our safety. I'm a fire-fighter and hazmat technician and I worry for the safety of families renting this unit in the future.

Location was perfect - 2 blocks from the center of town and restaurants, 3 blocks from the beach. Great air conditioning, excellent kitchen, covered off street parking. Arantza's communication was excellent - very quick responses to any questions. Great stay - thank you!

Arantza’s place was absolutely beautiful. The location is amazing, close enough to everything to walk. There’s always someone there in case you need anything. The apartment itself was great, super clean and has all the basic amenities you may need. I would definitely stay here again.

As previously mentioned in another review, this property was accurately advertised. If not, better.
A group of my friends & I were able to comfortably work remotely from here. There were about 5 of us working & the wifi speed was more than adequate to handle simultaneous calls from each of us.
The property is extremely spacious, clean & fairly new. I would say you can easily fit 10 people in here because of the pull out sofa-beds.
Location was perfect as well. It's not a hike away from the center. Less than a 5 minute walk down & you're already there, but still far enough to evade the nightlife noise.
Arantza & her family were very accommodating & helpful during our two week stay. It was a pleasure staying at Anclara Apartments.

The property is as advertised, Spotless , large and everything works. I'd say nicer than the photos and a perfect value. We rented a golf cart but getting to town, beach etc was easy enough without. Property was very safe and felt secure and brand new.
We would stay here again no doubt.
One caution... we traveled as a family and the three bedrooms were close together so 'intimate' time was a bit tamer as the kids were within earshot. One great benefit is being literally one minute walk from YahYah Cafe which is the best cafe/breakfast spot in town.

Arantza was an awesome host. She was attentive, met all our needs and a perfect communicator. The location is super accessible to town and the beach yet not too loud. The place was spacious and well equipped. Two of the interior bedrooms are dark which is actually nice for sleeping.

Great location right in front of YahYah!! The apartment had a lovely rooftop with an amazing view of the city and ocean. The place had strong WIFI (I worked from there) + the kitchen was awesome!

There weren’t many clean towels and the host didn’t have more to give us.

If you are worried about the distance walking into town — don’t be at all!
