Hi, I’m Yami, a certified Early Childhood Education Teacher from Argentina with 21 years of experience working as a Kindergarten Teacher. I offer professional babysitting and kid's camps in Sayulita, San Pancho, Lo de Marcos and Punta Mita.

I specialize in providing a loving, respectful, and fun environment for children, guiding their developmental process through play, care, and teaching essential values for healthy growth. In addition to babysitting and nannying, I created "BE HAPPY" Camp in Sayulita, a unique recreational space where children learn through play, enhancing their creativity and social skills.

I have availability with flexible hours, and can be booked for daytime and evening care to accommodate your family's needs. I can also be booked for weddings or other larger events that require childcare. I'm able to travel with families within Mexico. I speak Portugese, Spanish and English.

Yami has a great rapport with my kids she engages instantly ensures that the hand off in the morning or the start of the caretaking is seamless. At the end of the day the kids are tired and excited to recall activities they did with Yami.

Yami was great with our girls

My son had so much fun!

My 4-year-old went two weeks to Easter camp at Be Happy and it was a great success. He came home every day with paintings and little projects they made. They did activities together and he really loved it. the staff were warm and welcoming from day one.

Be Happy Easter Camp

Yami has an amazing ability to create magical and memorable experiences for children. My daughter loved every minute of the Be Happy Easter camp - she talked about it constantly at home and couldn’t wait to go each morning. Yami clearly puts a huge amount of care and thought into designing every aspect of the camp to make it as fun, interactive and inclusive as possible for all the children. We would absolutely recommend and feel very fortunate we were able to send our daughter.

Loved our experience with Yami!

We were in Sayulita for a few weeks balancing family and work. We couldn’t have asked for a better childcare provider for our son and his friend. She is incredibly reliable, always showing up on time and fully present, which gave us so much peace of mind. What truly sets her apart is how genuinely loving and caring she is—not just with our child, but with our entire family. It never felt transactional; she became someone we fully trusted and valued.

She is also very proactive and responsive, always communicating clearly before we arrived and while she was with our son. Whether it was planning activities or keeping us updated, we always felt in the loop.

One of the things we appreciated most was how she encouraged creativity. She really allowed the kids to take the lead, giving them the freedom to explore their interests and express themselves without limitations...between the hours of hide and go seek and her fort making skills, she has set a high bar. It was amazing to see how engaged and happy they were under her care.

We feel so lucky to have had her and would wholeheartedly recommend her to any family looking for someone dependable, nurturing, and truly invested in their children’s growth and happiness.
