views of the ocean and jungle. This delightful brand new three-bedroom property is located within walking distance of popular amenities, the town center and the beach.
This Exquisite home combines traditional colonial architecture with beach hut vibes. Key features of
this home are the endemic trees so be prepared to admire beautiful birds through the windows and if lucky encounter an Iguana King.
The first floor comprises a king-size master bedroom with an ocean view and en-suite, and a double bedroom facing the jungle with an en-suite. A fully equipped kitchen with a bar, a sitting/living area, a splendid dome, and a mesmerizing view.
The ground floor features a third bedroom with two beds, a shower room, parking, and a garden area.
Interaction with guests: Luciana Meyer, the property manager will be in touch prior to your arrival to assist with any services you might need such as airport taxi, golf cart rentals, in-house massage, etc. He will be there to greet you and familiarize you with the property upon your arrival. He is available during your stay for assistance and services as needed.
Other things to note: Casa Cerritos is located up a hill so there are amazing views from every room. Guests who have difficulty walking uphill might want to consider a golf cart for their stay.
Because of low balconies and open stairs, this property might not be suitable for children.

Great location, excellent views with great access to local towns and beach.
The marvelous high-ceiling living room invites you to enjoy the gorgeous views of the jungle and ocean through the day, sunset and night. The spacious open kitchen plan allowed us to never miss a moment when preparing food and drinks for our guests.
The best bit is the location of the house with short distances for walks to the beach or the town center (were you can find all sorts of bars, restaurants, fresh produce markets and shops).
TOP TIP: If visiting Sayulita always book your accommodation with plenty of time as these properties fly during holiday season.

La casa está en excelentes condiciones: recién construida, súper limpia y bueno, el diseño y decoración me encantaron! La terraza y balcón son perfectas para ver el amanecer con un buen café o para relajarse en la tarde después de un día en la playa.
La ubicación también está excelente. Muy cerca del pueblo y la playa para ir caminando pero a la vez con la tranquilidad de estar a pie de montaña y disfrutar los momentos en privado con tus invitados.
La recomiendo cien por ciento y definitivamente buscaré quedarme ahí de nuevo en mi próxima visita a Sayulita!
