Casita Guacamayo: 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom- Top Unit - Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a washer and dryer for added convenience. The beautiful living room offers floor-to-ceiling windows that provide breathtaking views of the ocean and jungle, creating a serene and cozy space to relax after a day of exploration. The bedroom and living space are both equipped with A/C and ceiling fans to keep you comfortable in any weather.
Step outside and discover the shared pool, a refreshing oasis perfect for a leisurely swim. The communal outdoor dining and kitchen area provides a wonderful space for socializing and enjoying delicious meals.
Casita Jaguar: 2 bedroom 2 bathroom - Middle Unit - Step into relaxation as you enter this middle unit featuring a fully equipped kitchen and two cozy bedrooms, each boasting its own ensuite bathroom for added privacy and convenience. The first bedroom is furnished with a full-sized bed and an additional individual-sized bed, perfect for accommodating a family of five or close friends who don't mind sharing sleeping spaces. Meanwhile, the second bedroom offers another inviting full-sized bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all guests.
The bedrooms and living space are both equipped with A/C and ceiling fans to keep you comfortable in any weather.
Casita Tortuga: 1 bedroom 1 bathroom - Bottom Unit - Spacious 1 bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. A lovely living room with a couch and TV to unwind after a day at the beach. The bedroom and living space feature A/C and ceiling fans for maximum comfort.

Both units provide access to a shared rooftop area and a shared saltwater pool with a lounge area. There are 3 units/apartments that share these areas.
Other things to note
If you rent a car, you will have to park on the main streets in Sayulita. There is no parking on the property.

Full Refund (minus processing fees): Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel their reservation within 48 hours of booking, provided the cancellation occurs at least 20 days before the scheduled check-in date.
50% Refund (minus processing fees): Cancellations made between 20 and 14 days before check-in will result in a 50% refund of the total booking cost (excluding processing fees).
No Refund: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled check-in date.
Early Departure: No refunds will be given for early departures or if guests decide to shorten their stay after check-in.
Under such circumstances, hosts can cancel without any penalty, and guests can cancel their reservation and get a refund based on the condition. Extenuating circumstances include:
