Casa Llamarada in Sayulita Welcome to Casa Llamarada - a luxury 4 bedroom villa in the magical town of Sayulita.
Minutes from the Pacific Ocean, surrounded by jungle and wildlife, Casa Llamarada is located in a gated community with 24-hour security.
Natural stone, locally sourced parota wood and palapa style roofs, meet sleek architecture and local curated artwork to create a relaxing space you can call home.
Casa Llamarada has a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with imported top-of-the-line Monogram & Miele appliances.
All bedrooms are en-suite with rainhead showers and luxury finishings. Brooklinen linens and bedding guarantee the most lux and comfy beds. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have private decks.
Our luxurious and expansive private pool area offers a heated pool with a baja pool (perfect for kids), a heated jacuzzi, and multiple lounging areas. There are 3 separate fire pit areas, water features, and fire bowls, creating the ultimate spot for hosting large or small groups.
Casa Llamarada's Ultra Luxe Pool-House includes Sonos surround sound, a wet bar, dishwasher, wine fridge, beverage fridge, an 86-inch smart TV with motorized mantel mount, motorized sun and blackout shades, and Blackstone grill.
Casa Llamarada is a smart house connected to tablets that control all the workings of the house.

Daily housekeeping and laundry service. Please request upon check-in. No house keeping on Sundays.

Option to rent 2024 Ranger Polaris at $70 a day to explore Sayulita and the neighboring towns. Punta Mita is 15 minutes away and the Ranger will take you there safely.

If you wish to have the pool heated please request in advance (it takes 48 hours to heat to derired temp) $100 fee per day)

Our golf vacation in Sayulita was absolutely incredible, and the house we stayed in made it even more special. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful and well-maintained the property was, the outdoor areas, pool and hot tub were simply perfect for relaxing after a round of golf.
Miguel, the groundskeeper, was amazing. He went above and beyond every day to make sure everything was spotless and that we had everything we needed. His attention to detail really made our stay feel personalized and cared for.
Sarah, the owner, was equally fantastic. She was responsive, accommodating, and ensured that every request we had was taken care of.
The house is beautifully designed, with spacious rooms, modern finishes, and an incredible outdoor living space. Whether lounging by the pool, enjoying a drink on the terrace, or grilling in the evening, it felt like our own private resort.

I left my heart at casa llamarada
This has to be one of the nicest houses I’ve ever had the pleasure of vacationing at! The design and interior were stunning, every detail felt so thoughtfully curated. The private pool was absolutely perfect for relaxing, and the state-of-the-art coffee machine was such a treat, we had so much fun making espresso martinis to enjoy by the pool. Fresh mangos, the peaceful sounds of nature, and the incredible comfort of the home made it hard to leave. On top of that, our host was beyond accommodating, helping us get around and pointing us toward the best restaurants in town. I honestly can’t wait to book my next stay here!

BEST place to stay in Sayulita!!
Casa Llamarada is the PERFECT place to stay for a getaway in Sayulita!! The villa itself is stunning and so spacious. It is modern and cozy with every amenity you could think of (and wouldn’t think of). Sarah and Cole have really put a lot of thought and detail into the house to make your stay as relaxing as possible. It is tucked away in a wonderful mango tree grove with lots of privacy which is really nice after a day in town (just minutes away) and at the beach. Both Sarah and house manager Miguel were so accommodating with everything we needed or wanted and had so many excellent suggestions of places to go, it was as if our trip was already planned for us! Miguel organized a Costco order to be there ready for us and airport transportation. They really go above and beyond for their guests. We created so many amazing memories here and we can’t wait to come back!! 10/10!

PERFECT GET AWAY
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Sayulita! Just a quick 5-minute drive to the city center, it was the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. The house is spacious, stunning, and located in a quiet neighborhood which was ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring town. Sarah and Miguel were incredibly helpful and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

PERFECT VACATION SPOT
Casa Llamarada is a fantastic and beautiful place to stay. There were 4 adults and 4 kids on this trip. Sarah the owner and Miguel the local house manager were nothing short of amazing. Communication was great and left nothing to be desired. I had never been to Sayulita so I had several texts back and forth and they both were very quick to respond with all the information needed. The pool is a great place to relax and wind down after a day on the beach. We had the house stocked (from Costco) with what we needed thanks to Miguel so when we got there all we had to do was enjoy. Miguel also got us a larger Polaris to accommodate the 8 of us. He also set up a private chef that came to the house to cook dinner. That was a great experience. We chartered a boat for a day in PV, and Miguel did the booking and set up transportation to and back. There is nothing that I can say that can be improved upon. We will definitely be back.

Unbelievable vacation spot!
Spent 6 nights here with friends for my birthday celebration. The pool area, the pool house and the house itself are just incredible. The Beds are super comfy and Miguel the properly manager was so nice and so helpful with getting us settled in and organising fishing trips, surf trips, yoga classes and a private chef at the house.
Anything you want Miguel can get it! Overall 10/10 stay. We will be back !

Casa Llamarada was a wonderful launchpad to rediscover one of my favorite places in the world after 15 years away. The accommodations were luxurious, exquisitely decorated, and much more spacious than we expected: our family of 5 had ample room to spread out and enjoy the many amenities the home had to offer. Its quiet location nestled in nature was just minutes away from downtown Sayulita thanks to the handy Polaris, and we loved morning walks to secluded beaches when we needed a break from the bustle of town. This avid chef made the most of the beautiful kitchen and grill, serving up fresh caught fish our family caught minutes away, and fresh produce from the local market. We loved the option to have the kitchen pre-stocked with staples on our first day thanks to Miguel, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, scheduling a variety of local activities, arranging airport transport, and answering any questions we had quickly and thoroughly. From my resort-loving brother and sister in law, to my adventure-seeking self and my partner, to my 9 year old daughter who was enthralled to have her choice of bunk beds and a giant TV all to herself, we each found just what we were looking for and more as Casa Llamarada. We felt completely pampered and loved having every detail taken care of so we could kick back and enjoy our trip fully. We can't wait to return!
