Casa Luuma in Sayulita, is a brand new luxury home designed by the renowned local architect. As its name signifies, Luuma was chosen for its calm, cool, and stylish vibes. This house is situated just two short blocks from the beach and within walking distance to many shops & restaurants, offering you that beach living experience for a great vacation.

Casa Luuma is located in the sought after North Side neighborhood. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath Villa, has an open kitchen/living concept which opens to the pool patio area. This creates a seamless flow through a quadruple glass slider which allows for a flowing, balanced indoor-outdoor lifestyle. The living area has a large sofa and dining table and there is plenty of seating in the serene outdoor terrace under the palapa next to the pool.
The kitchen has state-of-the-art appliances, commercial grade refrigerator, quartz countertops, and is fully stocked and ready for you to create incredible meals or arrange a private chef while you relax in paradise.
All the bedrooms are very private and come equipped with blackout blinds, and individual AC units. Outside the mid-level bedrooms is a quiet seating area with a flat-screen TV. The third floor master penthouse is an oversized bedroom with an en-suite bath and has its own private patio with picturesque views of the jungle and an outdoor plunge tub with bench seating, great for watching the stars.

The saltwater pool is heated at 80 degrees and, for the golf lover, this house offers an outdoor mini-putting area to keep your game sharp.
Throughout the entirety of the home, you will find exquisite polished concrete floors and thoughtfully curated design touches. There is lots of love, and attention to detail put into every area of this house to ensure you have a memorable stay.
Light cleaning is provided every two days.

Ceci was very communicative as well as her assistant Monse. Monse assisted us with a golf cart rental which is super helpful to have being that the house is uphill and it can get quite dark at night.
Overall we had a great, relaxing time in Sayulita and Casa Luuma :)
Ceci is very responsive and extremely helpful. She provided us with tips and contacts to obtain transport to Sayulita, pick up groceries and even rent a golf cart for the day.
I would definitely recommend her space.
