Casa Luuma in Sayulita is a brand-new luxury villa designed by a renowned local architect, built around the same calm, cool, and stylish spirit that gave the house its name. Just two short blocks from the beach and an easy walk to Sayulita's best shops and restaurants, Casa Luuma delivers the beach-town lifestyle travelers come to this stretch of the Riviera Nayarit for, all from a home built with real craftsmanship and intention.

Tucked into the sought-after North Side neighborhood, this four-bedroom, three-bath villa is organized around an open kitchen and living concept that flows straight out to the pool patio. A quadruple glass slider erases the line between indoors and out, so the living area, with its oversized sofa and full dining table, feels like one continuous space with the palapa-shaded terrace and pool beyond it. It's a layout built for the way people actually vacation in Sayulita: barefoot, unhurried, moving easily between the kitchen table and the pool's edge.

The kitchen is outfitted with state-of-the-art appliances, a commercial-grade refrigerator, and quartz countertops, and arrives fully stocked, whether you're cooking every meal yourselves or arranging a private chef to handle it while you relax.

Each of the four bedrooms is a private retreat, with blackout blinds and its own AC unit for a genuinely restful night's sleep. The mid-level bedrooms share a quiet seating area with a flat-screen TV, perfect for an evening away from the group. Sayulita is such a cool town, we can't wait to come back!

The home was beautiful, the pool was refreshing and it accommodated our family of 6 very comfortably. Ceci & house manager were super responsive and very helpful with all things. The ease of having the golf carts on site was amazing! The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with everything you need. We were very happy with our stay! Sayulita is such a cool town, we can't wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful, the pool is gorgeous, and everything was incredibly clean and well maintained. The host was also super communicative and made the entire experience seamless from booking through check-out.
The only thing worth noting is the location. It’s technically walkable to downtown Sayulita (about a 20-minute walk), and we did it for the first couple of days. However, especially in the heat, we ended up taking taxis most of the time because the walk started to feel a bit long. Just something to keep in mind if you plan on going back and forth to town frequently.
Overall, we loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place!

Overall would come back and stay again!

We had a great time staying at Ceci’s place! It is exactly like the photos, beautiful, clean and very spacious. The house manager was very attentive and answered quickly with any request. Golf cart worked great we are glad we rented it from her for the few days. We used the driver service she recommended for airport transfer and that company was amazing. Highly recommend using them. Overall would come back and stay again!

The house itself is stunning- modern, bright, clean, and comfortable.

Our stay as a family of 7 (all adults) was wonderful! The house itself is stunning- modern, bright, clean, and comfortable. It’s located enough out of the heart of town (on the north end) that it’s quiet but close enough that it’s easily walkable to the beach, restaurants, and the center of town. The pool and outdoor area was great, although shaded for the most part. We opted to rent a golf cart, which everyone found nice to have. Ceci and her local assistant were readily available and helpful throughout the process. We’d love to stay again!

Great place. Great location. Very comfortable stay.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at Casa Luuma. The location is close enough to town to walk to food and convenience stores but far enough away from the noise and partying of the more central area. You can easily walk to the beach in minutes as well. The place itself is beautiful and the pool was clean and kept at a perfect temperature. The AC worked perfectly and internet was fast. Kitchen was highlight as well.

The house was just as pictured.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Luuna for our girls trip. The house was just as pictured. Ceci and her management team were extremely responsive and available when needed. The location is excellent - an easy walk or golf cart into town. The only thing I would add is the road in front of the home is extremely uneven and rocky, which can make maneuvering the golf cart somewhat difficult. With that said, I would definitely stay here again.
