Casa Mohinora at Monterosa

Everything was perfect at this condo! The communication with questions before we arrived with Eric and Isis was great. Isis met us at the condo and showed us everything we needed to know. We felt comfortable right away. A very clean condo! There is a washer and dryer and laundry soap provided. Tons of water jugs. With only small markets around it was great to have shampoo/conditioner, soap and everything you needed! Alma the cleaning lady did such a nice job and even folded our clothes. We loved the pool and the view. Sunsets were great to watch from the pool! My kids loved the tennis court and they provide tennis rackets and balls. Be aware depending on when you go, there was loud music on Easter Weekend and it was not enjoyable to be on the deck after 10:00pm. I would research the heath conditions at the time you travel and virus outbreaks. It was not good when we went but this does not reflect the beautiful condo!

Exactly as presented and flora and fauna around the complex was incredible. Our main contact was Isis and she was so lovely.

Casa Mohinora is great. Very safe and clean, and the pool and view are amazing. It’s a bit of a hike from the main part of town, but that means it’s quiet and peaceful.
Highly recommend you rent a golf cart, it will make life a lot easier. Isis, Eric’s assistant was super helpful and went above and beyond to get us everything we asked for, including tennis rackets!
And Alma, the cleaning lady, is extremely sweet and good at her job.

Amazing view and pool. Very close to the beach! They provided a beach chair, umbrella and beach toys which were so useful. We needed the hosts help a couple times and he was very responsive and nice. It’s a 10 min walk to town, not super stroller friendly for some of the road but if you don’t need a stroller it’s perfect. Again the view is so NICE!!
