Casa Kocomo in Sayulita is a luxurious 4-bedroom home in the exclusive community of Punta Sayulita. Enjoy breakfast and lunch prepared daily by your own personal Chef and 1 golf cart is included.
The Layout: Each of the luxurious rooms comes equipped with A/C, HD satellite TV, and high speed internet, two of which are equipped with external showers in a jungle-like setting. Enjoy beautiful panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and the mountain area surrounding the charming town of Sayulita from each of the rooms. The home's terrace has been carefully designed to offer a space for both relaxation and recreation. Three of the bedrooms offer king-size beds with breathtaking views of the ocean and pool. The fourth room is made up of 5 twin bunk beds, perfect for kids or teenagers.
Casa Kocomo at Punta Sayulita includes a cook, 1 golf cart, maid, gym, and beach club access. Get ready for a treat! Each of our guests will enjoy the amenities of a dedicated local Kokomo host that will be available to help you curate the best possible Sayulita vacation. We also include daily maid service along with daily services of a cook for breakfast & lunch (cost of groceries & shopping fee additional). Our guests will have full and exclusive access to the property and will have shared access to the club-house at Punta Sayulita which has:

It’s spacious, impeccably clean, thoughtful in all the details and layout, but it’s the staff that makes this house a home. Enrique, Chayito, and Margarita cooked us beautiful and delicious meals and took care of us in such thoughtful ways!
My husband and I enjoyed time in the gorgeous Infiniti pool, daydreaming while overlooking the ocean. Sipping margaritas on the comfy chairs outside became a nightly ritual.
We had wonderful night’s sleep in the comfy bedroom and appreciated all of the bathroom amenities and robes!
We spent most afternoon strolling through time which was charming and lovely and safe! Our favorite places to dine were Rústica (for pizza!) and Sushi Henshin which was some of the best sushi we have had (and we live in LA surrounded by sushi joints!)
We even got a mani pedi at Buddha spa near the beach and were only sad we discovered it on our last day or else we would have been back for massages - their services were top notch!
Overall, coking back to the house was such a welcome trip home after a day or exploring and we even were able to watch our favorite shows streaming on the TV!
Jeremie us a gem of a house leader and concierge and we have been renting luxury vacation homes with him for sometime. We’ll follow him anywhere!
