Casa Suenos in Sayulita is a beautiful villa situated in the lovely and quaint northside of Sayulita. A short walk to the beach, with restaurants and bars just down the road the house is located in an ideal relaxing setting.

Casa Sueños has all of the best offerings to provide the perfect setting for your vacation in Sayulita. The exceptionally elegant design with elevated ceilings, beautiful polished wood furniture, and accents lets guests step into a bright and welcoming atmosphere.

Nestled against the hillside this elevated house provides beautiful views of the jungle, valley, and ocean. The gleam of the Pacific Ocean is visible from many places in the house such as the amazing rooftop palapa, the stunning master bathroom shower, living room, and patios. Watch as beautiful sunsets unfold as you gather with your group for an unforgettable experience.

Every bedroom has its own attached bathroom and has air conditioning.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed. There is a gorgeous ocean view from the patio. Expansive live-in closet and stunning wood furniture. As you walk into the bathroom you will see a beautiful outdoor shower with a scenic opening to the Pacific Ocean. Welcome to paradise!

The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a patio with a lovely view of the great Pacific Ocean, and an attached bathroom that lets guests step into comfort.

The 3rd bedroom has a queen-sized bed, kitchenette, bathroom, and a view of the jungle from the patio.

The 4th bedroom is a detached fully self-sufficient casita, set up with a kitchen, expansive patio, and laundry machines.

If you need less space consider booking the 3-Bedroom option.

There is housekeeping provided 5 days a week except for Wednesdays or Thursdays and Sundays. We are able to coordinate with you to provide the best possible experience, if you require more or less cleaning that can be arranged.

Caleb the property manager is able to help set up golf cart rentals, tours, and other activities to ensure you and your guests have the best possible vacation.

Everything was amazing!

Suenos was amazing! It is the nicest place I’ve ever stayed in. Everything from the architecture to the last construction detail was stunningly beautiful, especially when you compare it to the boxy eyesores being constructed all over town. The host and staff were very pleasant and responsive. The kitchen is open to large gathering areas inside and out making it perfect for doing meals at home. The multiple decks, bars, and pool areas made me not want to leave. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at this house again!

Highly Recommend

Caleb managed the stay for us while we were on property for a week over new years, and was very communicative. The space itself is very tropical and beautiful, and laid out very well. The highlights were the outdoor shower in the master suite with an ocean view(!), the rooftop terrace where we watched fireworks from on New Year’s Eve, the amazing pool, and all of the large gathering spaces. Jose, the groundskeeper, kept everything looking nice daily, and the maid, Angelica did a nice job for us too. There were a lot of special touches and a local gift that they gave us at the end of our stay. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Incredible views! Beautiful home!

Casa Suenos nestles perfectly into a lush hillside giving full privacy and the feeling you're truly away from it all. The multi-level house creates lots of private spaces but the main areas are big enough for everyone to commune together. Modern, yet classic its style is updated and comfortable. As you make your way to the top floor, the views out of the windows get better and better. Caleb helped arrange a multi-course private dinner which made for a great birthday celebration. Our group was well taken care of and we were so grateful for Caleb's help in organizing activities & meals throughout our time in Sayulita. We will be back!

Great villa, horrible location and wifi

It all started very badly with our taxi driver driving down what is possibly the bumpiest unpaved road in Sayulita then refusing to go up an extremely steep driveway. The road has huge rocks, chunks of concrete, etc. Very difficult to walk, drive, etc. Caleb greeted us and was very nice, but did advise us that people were at the Villa working on improving the Wi-Fi. I found this very surprising because I asked in advance about the Wi-Fi and whether there were any issues and was assured there weren’t any. Turns out the only place in the entire villa with Wi-Fi was the kitchen area. Since there is no signal there, every other area is essentially a dead zone. Moving on, the very next morning we were awakened with extremely loud construction, which was literally bordering the property. Anyone in the casita could look outside of the window and be greeted with construction workers. When I say construction I am referring to a clearly large and ongoing project with over 20 workers who not only work but live in this neighboring property. The construction went on from 7am to 6pm every day except Sunday. It made lounging by the pool and enjoying the villa impossible. I advised Caleb prior to our booking that we would be working and we were not advised of the construction nor the Wi-Fi issue, which made working very difficult. Moreover, the host should really warn everyone of the above as well as the terrible road and steep driveway so they are able to make a decision that fits their lifestyle. I have stayed in many villas off the beaten path in sayulita and never had any of these issues. Caleb was pleasant enough about it, advising us that we could cancel the remaining days, but it was too late and the options we would have gone with were taken. He did then offer a small discount after some prodding. The villa is beautiful and so well maintained so it’s a shame these other (undisclosed) issues made the stay so unpleasant.

Dreamy home away from home!

Casa Sueños is appropriately named as it truly is dreamy! I felt like a queen during my stay there. I highly recommend lounging by the luxurious private pool with a Paloma or taking a little siesta on the roof top hammock. Casa Sueños boasts a huge kitchen - a dream come true for any aspiring chefs out there, an open-air bar and plenty of room to accommodate large groups! One of my favorite details of the property is the brick work above the entrance and on the back patio. Tucked away in the jungle and surrounded by native, lush Mexico greenery, yet still just minutes from town; Casa Sueños is the perfect getaway. I can't wait to book again for our next trip! The property manager, Caleb was communicative, polite & beyond accommodating of our needs. Muchas Gracias for making our stay so special!

Gorgeous spot in perfect location!

Stayed here with a group of friends and it was amazing! The house is beautiful and right up the street from the main town. Plenty of space and amenities! The pool is so relaxing and feels like you’re in the jungle. Can’t wait to go back!

Breath taking house!

This place was unbelievable. Great place to relax poolside and or in the hammock over looking the ocean. Definitely a great place for entertainment with the indoor outdoor space. Tons of amenities.Hope to go back
