Casa Brillante is a modern and chic Spanish style home located one block from the plaza. 

An ocean view rooftop is perfect for relaxing and sunbathing, while the backyard garden and dipping pool make for a great escape. The property is filled with bright open spaces, tropical landscaping, and design that pays attention to detail, giving this home a luxurious feel.

*Absolutely no parties allowed. ALL guests must be listed. Maximum 5 guests. 

Decription:

• Completely private. All areas of the property are not shared with any other units or listings, so everything you see is yours to enjoy. 

• The property consists of 4 stories. 
1st level (lowest), is the backyard, BBQ, lower dining table, and hammock. 2nd level is the master bedroom, 2nd bedroom, pool, and outdoor shower. 3rd level (street level), is the living room, ocean view balcony with outdoor dining table, kitchen, and bedroom number 3. 4th level is the upstairs ocean view rooftop, complete with 2 reclining sunlounger chairs, and large umbrella. 

• Each bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with rainfall showers and floor to ceiling windows to provide plenty of natural light.

• There is a total of 4 full bathrooms on the property. A 5th outdoor shower is located on the second level, just outside the master bedroom. 

• The master bedroom features a desk and workspace with king-sized bed. The master also includes a couch and table sitting area. 

• Two additional bedrooms are located poolside adjacent from the master bedroom.

• The house features a backyard garden and traditional brick BBQ grill, dipping pool, as well as a rooftop with a beautiful view of the pacific ocean over Sayulita's main beach.

• Just outside the living room and kitchen area, we have an ocean view balcony with an outdoor dining table.

• Lots of outdoor seating, perfect for indoor/ outdoor living!

• We provide plenty of safe filtered drinking water in 20 liter jugs with a water dispenser, so no need for wasteful single use plastic bottles. 

• Dual ORBI Wi-Fi system ensures you’ll be able to stay connected anywhere on the property. Recently upgraded from DSL to fiber-optic internet. Latest internet speed test was 47 mbps. If you use the internet just for general web surfing, emailing and social media you won't need much more than 1 Mbps. While our WiFi is very reliable and many of our guests have been able to work remotely for extended periods with ease, internet and general power outages occur in Sayulita on occasion. 

** Twice weekly yard and pool maintenance occurs at the property on mondays and thursdays starting between 9:30 and 10:00am. Please be prepared for his presence.

• Check in time is at 4:00pm and check out time is 11:00am.

• The location is walking distance to town, one block from the plaza, but far enough away from the noise, making this the ideal location for your stay in Sayulita.

• There is no car parking space on the property, and no golf cart parking or charging available on property unfortunately. Please dont hesitate to message us if you have any questions on this.

•Please note, pool is not heated.
