From this bedroom you will also have immediate access to the upper palapa terrace with ocean views.

This property is amazing! The location is perfect and it is only a 5 minute walk to town or the beach. You can see both surf breaks from the pool area which makes surf checks really easy. The pool area is really nice for lounging and relaxing. The kitchen is clean and efficient and has all the essentials. The bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and nicely furnished and very comfortable. The staff, including the property manager is very personable and accommodating to ensure a nice stay. I would highly recommend this property for a large family or group of friends. We hope to be back soon!

Sayulita is great. There is a lot of traffic but everyone is polite, takes turns, and NO honking! Golf carts are available to rent but parking is hard, so we walked everywhere and felt completely safe. The shops are varied from low to extremely high end as well as many beach vendors with beautiful things. The night life is colorful and fun. The many restaurants vary from street-side tables to traditional, and we never had anything but delicious food. Villa Colina sleeps eight, is beautiful, incredible views, has a very nice staff though a little Spanish is helpful or gestures will work. We would all return.

Nice little path to get you there right out the front gate. Very clean and well maintained. The house was cleaned everyday and everyone working on the property was very nice. Gorgeous and Comfortable
We just returned from a week at Villa Colina. The house is beautiful, the staff is wonderful, and the location can't be beat. We highly recommend arranging to have a few meals prepared for you at the house. We had two breakfasts and one dinner cooked and served. Everything was delicious. It was such a treat.

great stay
This was our third time in Sayulita, and third vacation rental here as well. The first was a block from the town square, the second a home on the north side, and then this trip we stayed at Villa Colina. Villa Colina was by far our favorite location! Only a quick a walk down the stairs into town, without a lot of the town noise, yet you could still hear the waves. The house has such a lovely setting -the outside is landscaped just so beautifully. The pool was a perfect temperature, and we spent a lot of time in it. We hung out quite a bit around the outside table under the palapa. One master bedroom is in the 'main' house, along with the kitchen, living room, and TV room. The other 2 bedrooms are in a separate building, behind the main house. This set-up allowed for both privacy and togetherness. When we return to Sayulita, we hope to be able to stay at Villa Colina again.

Family trip to Sayulita, Mexico
We choose Villa Colina in Sayulita for our family vacation. We were 5 adults and 4 children, age 4 to 14. We all enjoyed the stay at Villa Colina tremendously. It was everything I had hoped for.

The house was spacious and the three bedroom suites were on different levels, so all the adults had some privacy. My grandchildren loved the pool and became fond of the house cat. I was impressed by the art around the house and the views from the different levels of the house.

The location was excellent. It was very close to downtown and the beach. The manager, Ernesto, arranged our transportation from and to the airport, which was a great help. The drivers even stopped at a supermarket so that we could get groceries. I highly recommend this property as a place to experience a great family vacation in Sayulita.

My wife, Joan, and I, Dennis, live most of the time in an area frequently referred to as the northern tip of the wine country in California, just above Napa Valley. I recently sold my Internet Marketing Company and my wife is starting to wind down her successful art business. We are semi-retired now, but I still manage to keep busy with all my real estate projects, investments and family. We travel quite a bit together and with our two married daughters and their husbands and their growing families. One of our daughters is a successful Interior Architect in Los Angles who is married to an entrepreneur who is the majority owner and CEO of a major software company. The other daughter is an occupational therapist, whose husband is a Director of Photography. We are an active group. We all love to ski, hike, scuba dive, surf, bike, boat, ride motorcycles, and hang out together in beautiful environments. We are recent grandparents with both daughters and are thoroughly enjoying this delightful new addition to our lives.
