Love this town and the house was perfect.
Very attentive owner and manager. Ernesto was on top of his email and texts and we wanted for nothing. We will be going back. This house was recommended by a friend who has stayed there a few times and she was absolutely right....views were great, pool was great, maintenance was great.

Gorgeous and Comfortable
We just returned from a week at Villa Colina. The house is beautiful, the staff is wonderful, and the location can't be beat. We highly recommend arranging to have a few meals prepared for you at the house. We had two breakfasts and one dinner cooked and served. Everything was delicious. It was such a treat.

Family trip to Sayulita, Mexico
We choose Villa Colina in Sayulita for our family vacation. We were 5 adults and 4 children, age 4 to 14. We all enjoyed the stay at Villa Colina tremendously. It was everything I had hoped for.

The house was spacious and the three bedroom suites were on different levels, so all the adults had some privacy. My grandchildren loved the pool and became fond of the house cat. I was impressed by the art around the house and the views from the different levels of the house.

The location was excellent. It was very close to downtown and the beach. The manager, Ernesto, arranged our transportation from and to the airport, which was a great help. The drivers even stopped at a supermarket so that we could get groceries. I highly recommend this property as a place to experience a great family vacation in Sayulita.

Family "Reunion" trip
We met my mom, sister & brother at Villa Colina in Sayulita with our 7 month old. Villa Colina was a great location, very close to town, but also out of the hustle & bustle of the square. Having a pool was great, because we could still enjoy sunshine while the baby took a nap. Villa Colina provided the perfect setting for the new aunt/uncle/grandma to enjoy the new baby in the family, as well as provide time for everyone to relax and enjoy each other.

Wonderful Home
This is a long overdue endorsement of Villa Colina in Sayulita. Our whole family stayed here in March and it was an incredible vacation. We love Sayulita but what made our vacation so enjoyable was staying at Villa Colina. Its location, just a couple of blocks from main beach and town center via a beautiful garden pathway, was really special.

We loved the ambiance of this entire property. There was space and privacy for everyone, awesome ocean views, terrific pool with wading area for the smaller kids, palapa sitting area by the pool, lovely tropical gardens, and super comfy beds - just to mention a couple of things. This house is so much more and better than the description or photos show.

We could not have asked for better staff that took special care of all our needs. We go on vacation every year and this was our best ever. We will be coming back to Sayulita and would not think of staying anywhere else.

Stunning View
After staying in Sayulita at Villa Colina for a week recently, I can highly recommend it. The view is beautiful and the location is perfect for access to Sayulita and the beaches. The home is well stocked, comfortably fits 7 people with several areas for a quiet get away to read your book or nap, and has a very attentive staff to help with any needs. I would definitely stay there again.

The best vacation
We loved Villa Colina in Sayulita. Six adults 4 children (9,7,3,9mos). one family stayed in the room with the loft-two children up two adults down. one couple in one suite, one couple in another suite, two children in the den turned into the fourth bedroom.

The outdoor gazebo eating area was fantastic. pool was great. Housekeeper was unbelievably thorough. Location was perfect.. five minutes from beach five minutes from town. Good restaurants in town. We particularly liked Burrito Revolution and Mary's. There is some noise at night but not prohibitively bothersome.

Villa Colina..A Sayulita Paradise
We spent a week in Sayulita, at Villa Colina, with family and friends to celebrate a destination wedding. Our group was very impressed with both the villa and the entire vacation experience.

The villa's location was ideal for our needs - it was only a few minutes walk on a landscaped path to the downtown plaza square, or the main beach situated in front of Don Pedros' restaurant. In addition, we were able to easily walk along the south beach to Villa Amor, Los Muertos Beach, and the beautiful cliff-top Palapa Brisa delMar, where our family wedding was held.

The Villa Colina felt like our own private resort area. The layout of this home was perfect for our group needs. It offered 3 spectacular separate bedroom suites with private baths; a tv room that was re-arranged to become a 4th bedroom for us; and a spacious general living room/kitchen area with glass doors that folded back to provide a romantic open air access to the patio and pool area. We all loved relaxing by either the pool, or under the adjacent shaded thatched-roof gazebo. The private pool area was beautifully landscaped, with a cutout area between the trees that offered a stunning view of the main beach area, surfers, and the mountains. The "tower" apartment and loft with 2 tiered balconies also offered awesome views of the Sayulita beach front coastline.

The staff at Villa Colina was wonderful. The housekeeper, Anna, was so gracious and helpful. She and the grounds caretaker, Joe, worked hard every day to keep the villa immaculate, and to meet all our needs. They made our time in Sayulita feel like "paradise."

My wife, Joan, and I, Dennis, live most of the time in an area frequently referred to as the northern tip of the wine country in California, just above Napa Valley. I recently sold my Internet Marketing Company and my wife is starting to wind down her successful art business. We are semi-retired now, but I still manage to keep busy with all my real estate projects, investments and family. We travel quite a bit together and with our two married daughters and their husbands and their growing families. One of our daughters is a successful Interior Architect in Los Angles who is married to an entrepreneur who is the majority owner and CEO of a major software company. The other daughter is an occupational therapist, whose husband is a Director of Photography. We are an active group. We all love to ski, hike, scuba dive, surf, bike, boat, ride motorcycles, and hang out together in beautiful environments. We are recent grandparents with both daughters and are thoroughly enjoying this delightful new addition to our lives.
