Villa Colina in Sayulita is a private 3500 sqft home featuring 4 bedroom suites plus a loft, 4 bathrooms, two outdoor showers, an outdoor bathtub, beautiful gardens with heated saline pool and two palapas. Villa Colina is solar powered. It sleeps to to 10 guests. Villa Colina is the perfect vacation home for friends and family looking for beauty, luxury and old Mexico charm. You will love the modern amenities and immediate access to the beach and town; you are 1½ blocks to the beach and town center in Sayulita’s most sought after vacation rental neighborhood.
PERFECT LOCATION
Villa Colina’s location is absolutely the best in Sayulita. It is located in the exclusive south-central area, on a little hill directly above Sayulita’s premier beach. Everything is no more than a 5-minute stroll. Town and the beach are a delightful 2-minute walk via a beautifully landscaped meandering pathway locals call "Lombard Path." Or rent a golf cart as a fun, easy way to get around the charming village of Sayulita.
EXCEPTIONAL OCEAN VIEWS
Villa Colina features exceptional views of the Nayarit coastline, the surf, Sayulita, and the surrounding mountains. View the surf conditions of Sayulita’s best surf break from the lovely pool and garden palapa. Our palapa rooftop terrace is a wonderful spot to soak in the views or enjoy a massage or spa treatment from our recommended massage therapist. The tower wing rooms feature amazing mountain and town views.
STUNNING GARDENS, PALAPAS, AND POOL WITH WADING AREA
The saline swimming pool is heated in the cooler months (generally between December and April). The remodeled pool features a wading area for the kids and is surrounded by delightful gardens and amazing ocean views. This sunny outdoor site with palapa living area with mounted Bluetooth speakers will be a major gathering spot for everyone.
PERFECT LAYOUT FOR EXTENDED FAMILY GATHERINGS
Villa Colina is perfect for an extended family or friend group, offering lots of private space between the Main House and Tower Wing.
THE MAIN HOUSE (2 Bedroom Suites)
In the main house you’ll find a lovely living room, fully supplied kitchen and dining room with folding glass walls that fully open up to the pool, garden and palapa. The king primary suite features a veranda sitting area with hammock and gorgeous ocean views as well as a very special bathroom with a 2-person outdoor tub and shower in a small private garden. The TV Room with Smart TV can be converted to its own private suite with a full bathroom. The foam couches are topped with a memory foam mattress topper to become a comfortable queen bed or two singles.
THE TOWER WING (2 bedrooms + Loft, 2 full bathrooms)
The Tower Wing is located just off the back of the Main House. The first floor king suite has a private veranda with amazing views of the ocean & town and its own full bathroom. You'll also find an additional single foam couch bed suitable for a child.
The second floor suite has a 20-foot ceiling and wonderful ocean, town, and mountain views from the exquisite veranda. On the main floor of this suite you’ll find a luxury king bed that can be converted to twin beds, a kitchenette, charming full bathroom, and a large veranda with a table and chairs, a couch, and awesome ocean and town views. Climb the staircase to a separate loft with a luxury queen bed. From the 2nd floor suite you have immediate access to the upper palapa, a quiet area with more ocean views and where we suggest setting up for your in-Villa massage.
In Fall 2023 each bedroom was upgraded with European-designed soundproof windows and doors. All beds have new memory foam mattresses and soft bamboo sheets for a luxurious rest. Maximum occupancy is 10 people, including children.

- Plus beautiful details throughout including tasteful furniture and a wonderful collection of Mexican art.

Daily housekeeping and pool cleaning is included, except Sundays and holidays. Our housekeeper offers laundry service for Mex$100 per load.
Our property manager is available to assist you with reservations for airport transportation, grocery delivery, golf cart rental, in-Villa spa service, private chef, catamaran cruises, fishing trips, hiking, ATV trips, restaurant recommendations and more.
