The stunning villa is located on a hill on the quieter and sought after north side of Sayulita, this architect designed and managed home is a delight for your senses as you take in the expansive views of the tropical blue sky and azure Pacific ocean. The north beach access is only 150 yards from the house and you can hear the sound of the waves as you enjoy the pelicans, magnificent frigate birds, and keeping an eye out for whales. 

With an open design concept, the views from every room are stunning, from sunrise to sunset and all the magnificent colors in between. 

Three master suites with King size beds, air conditioning, and ensuite baths with double sink vanity, hotel security safe, fan, coffee service, and top of the line bath and beauty products. Each master suite also has a private covered terrace, ceiling fan, hammock and built-in sofa. Two of the bedrooms can have an additional single bed brought in to accommodate larger groups (up to 8 guests). There is an additional private bath with shower in the living room area for the comfort of larger groups.

The fully equipped chef’s kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, water filtration system in the cold water, soft close cabinets, and a sound system in the dining area which can be hooked up to your personal device. Also on the main level, the living and dining rooms all flow out into the terrace and infinity pool through the large glass doors. The doors can be fully opened or closed depending on the ambience you wish to create. When open, take advantage of the endless ocean views and tropical bird song. For a more temperature-controlled environment, a/c units are strategically located throughout the home.

Upstairs you will find an open living space under a soaring palapa roof with fans, a large built-in sofa with a teak table, hammock and more lounge sun chairs. A beautiful garden surrounds the back of the outdoor living area while the front offers  breathtaking views of the Sayulita bay and lush, tropical jungle.
