2025 HIGH SEASON RATES (November - May): $650 USD per night - Estate booking (two bedroom main casa, plus 2 bdrm, 2 full bath/kitchen casita) (2 night minimum)
2025 LOW SEASON RATES (June-Oct): $475 USD per night - Estate booking (two bedroom main casa, plus 2 bdrm, 2 full bath/kitchen casita) (2 night minimum)
2025/2026 HOLIDAY RATES (Sayulita Life stated holidays) $775 per night -Estate booking (two bedroom main casa, plus 2 bdrm, 2 full bath/kitchen casita) (7 night minimum)
In the event of a cancellation, the owners will attempt to re-rent the casa for the reserved dates. If rented, a refund minus a $100 administration fee will be issued. Any unrented dates will be deducted from the refund. If no dates are rented no refund will be given. Security deposits will be fully refunded.
Travel insurance is available via a Sayulita Life partner during the reservation process.
Payment is in US Dollars. By selecting open dates on the calendar, the price will be displayed including the cleaning fee. Half of the total reservation amount is due at booking - including half of the refundable security deposit. The final 50% of the reservation amount and security deposit is due 30 days before check-in. Guests are reminded with an automated message. US: We accept Venmo, Apple Pay, Paypal, Credit/Debit Cards. + 3% credit/debit card processing fee via Stripe Non US: We accept Paypal, a bank wire, or debit/credit cards. Any international currency conversion or banking fees to be paid by guest. Credit/debit cards + 3% credit card transaction fee. Security deposits will be refunded, minus any deductions for breakage, damage, or loss, within one week of departure.

Casa Contigo Estate creates a spacious retreat by combining our 2-bedroom Main Casa with our private Casita. The two spaces are connected by an interior locking door and spiral staircase, though the Casita retains its own private gated entrance.

A modern Mexican escape located on a quiet dead-end street in Sayulita’s Northside.
Position: Perched 100 ft above the surf, a few hundred yards from the water.
Walkability: 8–10 minute walk to town; 5-minute walk to the beach.
Views: Sweeping vistas of the ocean and town.
The Main Casa
Open-Air Living: Main level features a kitchen, lounge, and dining terrace surrounded by the pool.
Infinity Pool: A 23-ft long, heated saltwater pool with ocean views.
Roof Deck: Features panoramic views, a pergola bar, kitchenette, BBQ, swings, and hammock.
Bedrooms: Two identical, air-conditioned Master suites with sweeping views of Sayulita and the ocean. Each has a private ensuite shower with amazing views.
Extra Space: Includes a small retreat area with a daybed.

A private retreat tucked among palm trees with 12-ft ceilings and beautiful full-length retractable windows.
Living Space: 600 sq. ft. of enclosable living/dining space and a covered garden patio perfect for morning coffee.
Kitchenette: Includes filtered water, refrigerator, stove, sink, bar (seats 2), and dining table (seats 4–5).
Master Bedroom: Queen bed with private bath and shower views.
Bonus Room: 2 Twin beds and a full shower

High quality bedding, linens and very comfortable mattresses.
House managers AND owners were super responsive! House keeper was also top notch! Shout out to Ester who absolutely went above and beyond when we had a few crisis (fed ex and forgetting phone at house)
This Casa is absolutely lovely! Loved the open concept and feeling like you’re in a tree house!
Spent time on every level!
Rooftop deck was amazing both morning (watching for whales) and evenings (city lights and stargazing)
Pool was wonderful place to enjoy a cocktail and watch the sunsets.
We discovered several awesome local restaurants with fabulous staff within 10-15 minute walk.
Chaman, Tropical, La Peusta Hotel, and Casa Lvnae (top notch Italian)!
A steep short cut walk to the beach also gives you a small restaurant and bar right on the beach.
Grab the beach chairs, umbrella and make your way!
The location on north end was also fabulous to hit the jungle trails for some awesome hiking!
We hiked several trails and also made our way to San Pancho (aka San Fransisco). Trail ends at a busy road, so we opted to Uber into SP from there. Definitely recommend a day to explore the quaint town!
We took a whale watching tour with La Orca adventures. They are a tour company that also researches whales…AND leave directly from Sayulita Beach! Fabulous tour!

We never rented a golf cart for the 4 weeks! We enjoyed the exercise and taking in all the sites! Eye candy for any artist with so many murals, hand painted tiles and mosaics.
Lots of great shopping with so much artistic talent to be seen!
Also highly recommend getting a massage by Lucero at Hotelito Los Suenos hotel at the bottom of the hill! They also offer yoga classes every morning on their rooftop!
The beaches on the north end (where house is located) are definitely superior to the main beach, on our opinions. Less crowded, quiet and the sand is super nice!
If you’re up for music, crowds and some partying, main beach is for you.
We LOVED the whole vibe of Sayulita and definitely plan to be back next year! Felt like a true local after 4 weeks! We were always greeted with enthusiasm in every restaurant and establishment we went in.

We were lucky enough to have personally met them! Made sure our stay was comfortable and welcomed our feedback!
The stop at the Mega was worth it to get some essentials for the week & the driver waited & helped us load everything up. Be sure to grab a quick snack while shopping after a long day of travel! It probably is it a bit pricier here than some other prices we noticed in Sayulita for food, but one stop shop was a great way to stock up for the week.
The drive to Sayulita seemed quick & Rodolfo was an excellent safe driver especially after dark. Jorge was waiting at Casa Contigo & was super welcoming. We all unloaded quickly & he gave us the grand tour of the amazing house! He made sure we were settled with keys & said “wait til you see the view in the morning”…
He was not wrong! WOW! The views from every level in every spot in the home are absolutely breathtaking! Any time we had a question, I sent a What’s app message to him & he was always quick to respond.
The outdoor kitchen is amazing, we spent lots of time here near the infinity pool which was the perfect temp to cool off in anytime!
The kitchen was well equipped for 5 of us & we did run the dishwasher on a regular basis to keep up with our cooking and drink prep with our group. We used the pantry for dry food storage and put our food waste in the freezer as recommended to keep jungle pests away and out of the trash can.
The morning views from the bedrooms make it very easy to wake up early and either enjoy from the bed or the balcony! Then a quick few steps up to the rooftop to enjoy the view and cool breeze and relax in the hammocks couldn’t be beat.We watched the solar eclipse from the rooftop as it dimmed over the ocean, it was truly an indescribable experience from such a sweet spot.
The architecture of the home makes you feel comfortable at every spot. The beds and local decor & quality bedding are super comfortable & clean along with bathroom
amenities. Yadi, the house keeper did a great job the one time she visited during our stay.
We loved listening & watching the wildlife (birds and iguanas) nearby the property in the trees & the views of the ocean were beautiful anytime of day!
Casa Contigo couldn’t have been a more perfecto fit for our amigos! We didn’t want to leave! Gracias mucho!
We did rent a golf cart that was also set up thru the house rental (Ester). It was awesome to have the golf cart, perfect to run around town & to the beach! Just be sure to clarify the number of days needed!
