Los Delfines Numero Uno aka Vista De Surfistas in Sayulita is an amazing, recently renovated beachfront house that is just what you are looking for to relax and vacation in Mexico! Conveniently located, this home is OCEANFRONT AND BEACHFRONT, with an awesome private heated dipping pool that has a stellar ocean view. The heated pool sits at the front of a large private ocean view deck on the front of our house, where you can enjoy the colorful Mexican sunsets while sipping margaritas. If you need more room, I have another great home located in this same complex, Margaritaville

The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and will sleep up to 7 comfortably. The first bedroom is a spacious master bedroom with a king bed, and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has another king bed, and also has the option to split the king bed into 2 twin size beds. There is a private ensuite bathroom for this bedroom as well. The third bedroom has a king bed plus a twin bed. This king can be split into twin beds, making 3 twin beds for this room possible, with a full bathroom across the hall. The house is the perfect set up for a group of up to seven people travelling together. The house has all the linens, bath towels, and beach towels you will need. Note there is air conditioning controlled by a remote control in all 3 bedrooms, and ceiling fans throughout the house for your comfort.

The house features a nice comfortable living room with views of the ocean. The front of the house is a giant sliding glass door, which opens for indoor/ outdoor living. We have a USB stereo system that you can connect your iphone or MP3 player to, so you will be able to play your own music in the house.  We have a free wireless internet connection for your use. We have indoor and outdoor lounge and dining areas, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a refrigerator/ freezer, gas oven with 4 burners, a blender (for margaritas), toaster, coffee maker, microwave, plus all the dishes, pots, pans, and utensils you will need. Fresh drinking water is supplied. The outdoor ocean view deck features seating for 7. We also supply 6 folding portable chairs and 2 umbrellas for your use at the beach. There is a washer, and dryer as well as a set your own code safe (big enough for a laptop) for your valuables. The complex has a night guard for your peace of mind. The house includes daily maid service 6 days per week, except Sundays and Mexican holidays.

The Los Delfines complex features 12 units, around 2 spotlessly clean swimming pools. This house, called Vista De Surfistas or Delfines #1 is the front house located closest to the ocean and beach, all the other homes are behind us. The 2 shared swimming pools are located behind the house, they do not obstruct our ocean view.  The complex has some shared common area space to enjoy, as well as some nice green areas. There is parking on a first come, first served basis, for both golf carts and cars. The complex is about an 8 minute walk to the downtown plaza and main surf break, where all the action happens. In downtown Sayulita you will find many restaurants, shopping, and activities. The house is close enough to walk to downtown, and yet far enough away from the noise that occurs some nights, at Delfines #1 you will hear the ocean at night.

Sayulita is a great town with a lot to offer. There are spas for those that want to be pampered, and many activities such as horseback riding on beach and jungle trails, zip lines, ATV rentals, sport fishing, surfing, Stand up Paddle boarding or SUP, boogie boarding, and skim boarding. The sandy beach features nice swimming, sun tanning, snorkeling, and you can relax on the sand or rent an umbrella and chairs. On occasion dolphins and whales sport within sight. You can eat the street food, or sample the many restaurants in the area. You can see the fish the fishermen bring in, send the kids shopping at stores or booths in the town square, sample the local ice cream and baked goods, and best of all you can walk at night. For those interested in nightlife, there are several places that feature salsa dancing, or DJ music and dancing, depending on the night of the week and the time of year. The more adventurous can leave Sayulita to visit nearby towns and attractions.

The house itself was recently renovated, it features many amenities and of course that million-dollar ocean view. Check out my other home in Sayulita as well, Margaritaville in this same complex. Note we support local programs and charities by donating a portion of proceeds to worthy causes within the community.

Perfect Location
The location of this unit is about as good as it gets. The whole front of the house is made of sliding glass doors. Being set back slightly from the beach gives you privacy without missing out on the view of the water. I was about as relaxed here as I ever get.

It is also nice that you are not right in town. It is a very short walk to a small store and a few restaurants and a slightly longer walk into the main part of town. The only noise you can hear at night is the sound of waves crashing.

We stayed here last year for my Birthday with our friends. The 4 of us had the most amazing vacation. ThIs home was the perfect Location for us To stay, it is so comfy & has EVERYTHING you need. The patio with the private soaking pool is soooo good. We walked to town every day either from the beach or thru town to eat. The pie lady & tamale lady came to us (I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOTH IF THEM). The pics are so beautiful but do not do this lil gem justice.. Jeff the owner is so easy to book from &Theo his property manager Is awesome & extremely helpful. We have rented it again for Early Feb 2021 for my husbands birthday, we are counting the days, can’t wait to see the new renovation for the 3rd king room.

We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Sayulita
My husband and I have stayed in this particular casita every year for years with various combinations of family. It has always been great, but the current owners did an amazing upgrade. The sliding glass “wall” between the small soaking pool and indoor living space is sincerely awesome. We kept it wide open every day, closing it only when we left the property and at night while we slept. Also the kitchen received a major upgrade getting all new appliances and a gorgeous granite countertop.
We did have an issue with the pump of the soaking pool. It sprang a leak and lost almost half of the volume of the pool. Thankfully the property managers were on it as soon as we let them know. Excellent upkeep by property managers as well as Vicki the housekeeper. Vicki is very thorough and never stops smiling. If you have the opportunity, ask her if she would be willing to cook you an evening meal. She came one night with her sister and feted us with amazing chili rellenos con camaronnes as well as chicken enchiladas. We moved the large dining table out to the patio and she cooked enough to feed our party of six plus a LOT of leftovers. We reimbursed her for the groceries and paid her generously for her time. The food was better than any of the great restaurants that are in Sayulita. Muy Buenos!!!!

A Perfect Girls Trip!
We loved our stay at Delfines #1! The house and gardens are absolutely beautiful. Loved the Mexican Folk Art and the floor to ceiling doors that opened up to the deck. The house offered us everything we needed in a "home away from home", from super comfortable beds to great A/C.The house is in a perfect location. Being only a 15 minute walk from town center we found it very easy to come and go and having the beach right outside our door was ideal. We loved so many things about our stay, but lounging on the beautiful deck while watching the pelicans dive into the water, feeling the ocean breeze and taking in the beautiful views was an absolute favorite. We appreciated all the suggestions and tips that were offered in the welcome notes and thank you for sharing your amazing margarita recipe. "They" were an absolute hit!!We hope to visit Sayulita in the near future and would definitely love to stay at Delfines #1 again.Muchas Gracias

Wonderful accommodations with a spectacular view!
My husband and friends had a fantastic time at Los Defines #1. The casita was nicely equipped, comfortable beds, everything you could want in a vacation home. Loved the decor! We enjoyed most of our meals at the house, spent everyday at the beach, and enjoyed our time there throughly. We definitely will return!

Best villa in all of Sayulita!
Our family of 6 had an amazing vacation in beautiful Los Delfines Numero Uno - it was surely #1 in our book, and we'll hope to return soon. The property is absolutely gorgeous, kept up meticulously by Umberto, the friendly groundskeeper. The landscaping was lush, and impressively varied - lots of flora and fauna to admire, but nothing at all like the natural view directly off the raised deck. Each morning we flung open the windows and floor to ceiling doors to the breezes, and even slept with open bedroom windows to hear the surf. The home is extremely clean, we were well cared for by Vicki on a daily basis. The kitchen is well stocked - everything we needed, and then some. Comfortable furniture, and very comfy beds. We love the overall thematic decor of the house, highlighting local artisans and Mexican religious iconography and statuary. Loved all the saints "guarding" the house, tucked in nooks and high against the exposed beams. The hammock and seating areas on the front porch were used more than anything else in the house as we lounged in the evenings. The owner's notes on the town were so helpful - we relied heavily on his list of restaurants, yet experimented on our own as well. We loved everything about Los Delfines, and being next to the Sayulita Turtle Sanctuary for nightly hatchling releases was a true dream come true. We were delighted to be away from the crowds and bustling nightlife of the central town, yet never more than a 5 minute golf cart ride, or 10 minute easy walk. Simply a perfect week, can't imagine a better place to stay while in Sayulita. Viva la Vida!!!!

As Wonderful as It Looks in the Photos!
Great location - far enough from the crowds, but still an easy 10-minute walk into town for dinner. We loved having coffee & pastries on the front porch as we looked out at the ocean. Well-equipped for our family of 5. Vicki the housekeeper was very friendly & it was such a treat to have her come straighten up for us every day. Theo, the property manager in Sayulita, was very helpful & responsive to our requests. Great communication with the owner, too. I highly recommend it!

Love for Sayulita!
We loved Numero Uno. This location is perfect, far enough away from the town so less people on the beach in front. Turtle sanctuary next door, we released baby turtles every night! The housekeeper is so sweet, and we paid her to cook breakfast one morning for our family. We had 3 adults and 3 kids staying here and it was perfect. Something to consider is it is located in a complex with multiple homes so it is not completely private (i.e. People walking by during the day if you are out on the patio). It didn't bother us but just something to know. The managers were attentive and resourceful. Definitely coming back!!!
