Captain Cesar Plascencia, born and raised here in Sayulita to a fisherman's family, has spent more days in the local Sayulita waters than anyone else.  Coming from a family of fishermen, Captain Cesar has always earned his living from the sea and looks forward to welcoming you to his boat where everyone ALWAYS has a great time and luck catching fish!

The safety of Captain Cesar Dumay's Fishing and Snorkeling boat passengers and crew is Captain Cesar's number one concern.  That is why the boat carries a radio that is always in contact with family on shore, a GPS system, flares and lifejackets for everyone.  Though never having had an accident Dumay boat trips are totally prepared should the unexpected occur.

Captain Cesar Dumay's Fishing and Snorkeling boat has been completely designed for fishing and offers:

• Live baitwell
• Comfortable cushions
• Canopy for shade
• Plenty of seating

Captain Cesar and crew are very experienced and know where to find the fish.  We will go out the day before and catch all the baitfish so you don't have to wait in the morning when all you want is to go fishing.  You will see for yourself just how much all of us LOVE fishing.

All equipment is provided.  We use quality rods and reels with names like Penn and Shimano.  We have light and heavy tackle. We know what to use, when and where in order to make sure you catch fish.  You can be guaranteed that if fish are in the area, you will catch them in our boat. 

Snorkeling on Captain Cesar Dumay's Fishing and Snorkeling boat is a great experience for your group or family.  We can arrange for a fishing/snorkeling combination trip or devote the entire boat to snorkeling.  All equipment is provided (spearfishing too if you prefer).  We take trips to the Marieta Islands where the fish reserve provides outstanding opportunities to see large schools of beautiful tropical fish.  The jungle scenery from the boat during the trip is outstanding.
