Description
Casa El Mirador in Sayulita is a newly built property specifically designed for family and friend gatherings. This custom-built home provides the perfect balance between massive outdoor spaces to eat, lounge, swim, and play and private indoor spaces to relax, snuggle up and chill.
Located up the spectacular Nanzal hill, all spaces feature an amazing view of both the surrounding jungle and the ocean- yes, you can see the whales! Indoor spaces include 3 bedroom suites with views and 2 bedrooms that have bathrooms across the hall and additional loft bed-perfect for kids! 3 fully equipped kitchens, and 3 living rooms. All rooms feature A/C and high-end custom furniture, including Henry Miller chairs.
Outdoor spaces feature a large heated pool, jacuzzi, full kitchen with BBQ, several lounge areas on multiple levels (one with a TV), a large bathroom with his and hers changing areas, and a large dining table. In case that is not enough, Casa El Mirador also features a private pickleball court (also great for kids to run around) and a ping pong table.
Enjoy easy access to each level of the home using the elevator.
Our live-in staff, Juan, is happy to assist you with all your needs in the home and can also provide you with local tours. Juan has an amazing dog Drago, that guests love! Please let us know if you prefer not to have a dog on the property during your stay! Owners have a separate home and entrance on the property and are sometimes there.
While you may never want to leave this space, it is only a few minutes' drives from central Sayulita - golf cart friendly with plenty of parking.

Excellent family vacation
Our family had a fabulous week at Casa El Mirador. We were 11 people in 3 generations and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The house is beautiful, spacious and beautifully appointed. Juan and his faithful companion Drago do an excellent job of maintaining the house, pool and property. Our only issue was the location. The steep hill made for fabulous views but required a golf cart or side-by-side 4 wheel drive vehicle to get up and down. We will be back.

Restful Sanctuary!
This property is fabulous in every aspect. David and Mary are the consummate hosts, they have thought of every detail to make your stay relaxing, fun and safe. The scenery and sunsets are stunning, the beds very comfortable and the pillows perfect. The property is very clean, and we had our rooms serviced during our stay! The kitchens are stocked and the bathrooms even have nice shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The AC in each unit cools nicely and the pool is very refreshing. The gathering place near the pool is also great with games, music and a full kitchen for our group to have breakfast and lunch from. Then there is Juan, who is amazing! Juan is your personal concierge, he is able to arrange anything you might want to do or see, he arranged a personal chef to come to the property, massages on site, he was our tour guide for hikes, he has so much knowledge of the area and local tours; he is always smiling and super helpful!!

ONE OF A KIND PROPERTY!!
This property is MASSIVE and so perfectly laid out, you’ll find all the privacy you’d ever desire when traveling with a large family or groups of friends. Every detail was so well planned and the quality of construction is top tier. You’re literally on the top of the mountain, the views sweep across endless amounts of ocean, we saw several whales, it’s like a bird sanctuary. At the end of the day, there aren’t words to describe how present one feels there….
Lastly, Juan is the man- he went above and beyond in planning outings, hikes, chefs, doctor appointments…he’s Johnny on the spot. We will all be back as often as possible as we feel like family!!

PERFECT! Look no further!
The photos of this house do not do it justice! It truly feels like you are at a spa retreat. The pool/hangout area is spacious, stocked well and relaxing, the pool is bigger than it looks in the photos! The rooms are organized well, with 3 separate suites which gives families or groups travelling together the privacy they need with enough common space for everyone to hang together. This home was recently remodeled and you can tell, everything is in good repair, clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the owner provides nice amenities for their guests. The kitchens are well stocked and the home has a water filtration system and a large icemaker. The cherry on top of this rental is the property manager Juan. Juan is kind, knowledgeable and went above and beyond for all of our requests. We will definitely be back!

Amazing home!
My group of 10 (two families - 4 adults, 4 teens, 2 kids) stayed here for a week over New Year's. This home is one of the most amazing places I have ever stayed! The house is beautiful, there is so much space, and there are so many amenities that everyone was entertained. We loved the pool/hot tub, ping pong table, and pickleball court. The views are just stunning. We had Kristina come to the home to cook us two meals, and they were delicious. Juan was a constant help and answered so many questions for us and helped us make plans. We rented golf carts and enjoyed driving to town to eat and explore. The home is a perfect mix of private residence + hotel, since you have Juan as your concierge and there is daily housekeeping (which was a pleasant surprise for us, since we are used to vacation rentals where nothing is included), but we had the whole home to ourselves. Lina was also a great help in pre-planning, organizing our airport transportation and golf carts, as well as providing recommendations for local tours. I highly recommend El Mirador!

I couldn't give this villa a better review! Best views in town and a gorgeous brand-new home. Juan was super helpful and took great care of our group – from driving us to town and remote ocean beaches, to organizing our groceries and town trips. We have stayed in town before and couldn’t stand the noise. Nice and quiet with a unique jungle feeling. 10 out of 10.

The best view house in Sayulita
Amazing home with views to die for. Just what we needed as an escape from Bellingham. We loved the pool and covered pickleball court! The hospitality was incredible with homemade wood fired pizza and pasta meals from Kristina. Our group never ran out of things to enjoy here. See you next year!

No more stair climbing!
We are in our 90’s and appreciated the elevator. We have stayed in Sayulita for years and battled the stairways found in most view houses – it really made the home accessible for our age group. The perfect layout for a large family get together. We will be back!

Dream Getaway in Paradise
We have stayed at Casa El Mirador twice now, and each time there, it has been transformative. If you are looking for a place to relax with pools, games and recreational activities, and views so stunning you won’t want to leave the house, this is the place! It is literally just minutes from town on a fun and exciting golf cart ride down the hill to beaches, shops, and restaurants. We plan to visit every year. Our favorite stay has been in Casita 2 - Katarina, with amazing views and a comfortable living space. But we have been lucky to view them all- and each one is spectacular and has its own, unique charm and flare! The casitas at Casa El Mirador are uniquely designed to accommodate families, yet cozy enough to be exclusive for the couple looking for a romantic stay. We cannot recommend staying here highly enough, it is truly paradise!
