Great stay!
We were attending a wedding at the villa next door- this villa provided a great location for us. The rooms are not all created equal- some are better than others (views, balconies, etc). Sayulita life was great at helping arrange things for us. They recommended a phenomenal chef, Daniel Murillo, who came to us and served us an amazing meal on the patio overlooking the ocean. Highly recommend!

Great view
Came here to have my destination wedding. I loved the location a bit north from the main plaza so it’s quieter but not too far. I rented the entire property for myself and some guests. We used the main house for weeding with the amazing view of the beach and it was perfect. The owner was very nice and accommodating. Each room has fans and air conditioning, each room has its own bathroom plus an additional bathroom for your guest. I loved that it has a pool and it’s own beachside. Beds were fine for my taste. Would definitely stay again.

What a spectacular view!
The location and view from the house was spectacular! Our host was very accommodating and helpful. The house is very "mexican" in style and could use a few more small touches (comfy couch, nicer lighting, some board games or cards). The only other issue was the internet was very weak but was in the process of being updated. We had a great time! Thank you!

Response from Owner/Manager on 11/15/2016

Hi Tim,
Thank you for your comments. We are very sorry for the intrusion of ants. This time of year is notorious for ants as our climate is changing from the tropical summer to our less humid fall. They will dissipate over the next few weeks and I am sorry you had to experience them.
Very sorry about the beds. We thought we could make it one more year without the recent mattresses but because of your post, we have decided to change them all out. All 7 bedrooms not have brand new pillow top mattresses. Thank you for taking the time to share and I do hope you had a wonderful time visiting Sayulita and return soon.

Amazing home for a restful vacation!
My family and another stayed here for a week and didn't want to leave! We enjoyed everything the home had to offer, including the lovely pool, amazing beach access, private lawn and wonderful porches with the most stunning ocean views. Waking up every morning to the sound of the waves and the ocean breeze coming through the french doors to the patio was something I won't soon forget. Kitchen facilities were excellent, and the location is just far enough out of the main downtown area to have been quiet, even during the VERY busy Easter Holy Week. We hope to return to this property on our next trip to Sayulita.

What a classic beauty!
This year my husband and I decided we would try a condo in town which friends had stayed in for many years and raved about. After 2 nights of little sleep, we sought out Avalos Realty for another accomodation for the remainder of our stay. They suggested this home on the North end, right on the beach, and we could not have been more thrilled. As soon as we drove onto the property we knew this was going to be special. We walked into the home and were just awe struck. This classic beauty sits right on the beach. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and well proportioned. You do not get a lot of activity on the beach this far down, which is exactly how we wanted it. This property was very quiet all the way around...the other units on the property are small, so there are not any large groups and we often had the pool to ourselves. The home was well furnished. Sunsets each night were spectacular. Very quiet and remote. Recommend a golf cart rental in town only due to the lengthy walk to town unless you are in good shape and don't mind carrying groceries, etc. that far. It really isn't that bad if the weather is not too hot and humid. For $45 a day it was worth it for us. This home is large and the kitchen can certainly fit many cooks in it without bumping into one another. The baths were much larger than I anticipated. The photos do not do this property justice - you just have to see it for yourselves!

Very pleasantly surprised!
A friend told me of this compound at Sayulitas northern end,he had a great vacation there four years ago at a friends wedding.I had high expectations that were immediately exceeded upon dragging my bags into my El Nido suite.Kitchen/dining room and bedroom open to the palms, cobalt pool and awesome ocean. It was truly an experience laying in bed listening to the waves kiss the beach, and looking at the stars in my horizontal planetarium!Lucky dog,I was.
Stayed three nights, but booked another couple nights before my return to Califonia, two weeks later. My former suite was occupied so the owner upgraded me to the two bedroom house overlooking...quintessential Mexico. Both levels open to the sea,the view made the cocktails taste even better.
Not only was the location away from town optimal, the quality of the construction was off the hook. Most windows and doors are radiused and trimmed in canterra, and the woodwork is truly masterful. This is a show piece any where in the world.Obviously a labor of love.
I was sad to leave, but I did take a bunch of photos.I would recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and get off the beaten path.Want a night on the town? It's an easy walk in,an easy crawl home!

Great view, quiet beach, perfect wedding week!
We stayed here the week of my wedding. It was SO amazing. We had the Flor complex and the neighboring 2 houses for our family and loved it. The beach was the back yard...amazing gardens, private palapas on the beach, great patio to gather. This house and area was perfect. A short walk down the beach or the streets to town. Not a busy beach...the waves were great to play in! Housekeeping came every day (but sunday) with clean towels and kept our kitchen clean. There was also a woman that came buy every morning with delicious pastries...very yummy! The owner lives on site and is able to answer questions...he is also an amazing gardener! Loved everything! Thanks Roberto!
