Hacienda Sayulita is a newer (2020), fully staffed ocean view luxury villa with ten king guest suites with ensuite baths on the sought after north side of Sayulita. Four suites can be split into two twins upon request. Ocean views from almost anywhere you stand on the main level which includes the open concept living room, dining room, gourmet kitchen, outdoor dining area with a BBQ by the pool. The heated hydrazzo salt water infinity pool and 12 person Jacuzzi blend into the ocean and horizon. Below the main level you'll find the entertainment area fully equipped with a game room, bar and TV room. Enjoy sunset cocktails on the top level's spacious ocean view terrace, designed to accommodate up to 20 people. After the sun goes down, watch an outdoor movie on the large screen under the stars. Two portable Bluetooth speakers and Netflix are provided for your entertainment.
This villa has been a labor of love in the making for the past three years. There is attention to detail throughout the villa including one of a kind and original 100 year old Mexican Hacienda doors, brick boveda ceilings, custom cement floors, stone work detailing and ocean views from almost every room. Every bedroom comes equipped with A/C and luxury bedding. Three of the bedrooms are junior suites with private terraces and hammocks to enjoy the view.
You will be well taken care of by a full staff (Chef, Houseman and Maid) throughout your stay. The houseman can help to coordinate anything you may need from a golf cart rentals to tours and restaurant reservations. We also provide in-house spa services.
Located on the coveted north side of Sayulita. It is far enough away from the action to enjoy peace and quiet, yet only a 10 minute walk into the heart of downtown. The quiet north side of the beach is just a few blocks below the villa and a nice escape from the busy main beach in central Sayulita.
Bedroom configuration:
- 2 king, en suite bedrooms are on the entry level and offer partial ocean views. Beds can be split into 2 twin beds upon request.
- One level up from main, 6 king en suite bedrooms (3 suites offer expansive ocean views and private terraces. 2 suites with small terraces and partial ocean view and one suite with small terrace and jungle view).
- On the lower level, you'll find a fully equipped game room + bar and 3 bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms have king size beds which can be split into 2 twin beds + ensuite bathrooms. Room #9 has a balcony & view but #10 does not. The 3rd bedroom is the TV room/flex bedroom (2 fold out twin sleepers) with en suite bathroom. This room can be rented as an 11th bedroom for an additional fee.

If you are traveling with children, we provide you with a portacrib, fold out twin mattress for children, high chair/booster chair.
We welcome families however, it is important to note that the villa is situated on a steep hill and has an infinity pool and Jacuzzi that might make parents of young children uncomfortable. Adult supervision is necessary at all times.

Holidays:
- Christmas (12/16 - 12/26 - 7 night min within this date range): $5500/night + 19% tax for 10 Bedrooms/20 guests | add $300/night + 19% tax for 11th flex bedroom/up to 22 guests max
- New Years (12/26 - 1/5 - 7 night min within this date range): $7000/night +19% tax for 10 Bedrooms | add $300/night + 19% tax for the 11th flex bedroom
- Thanksgiving Week (Nov 18-26) - 10 BR/5 night min within this date range: $3950/night + 19% tax
Rates include a full staff (houseman/bartender, chef and maid service). Sunday and Holiday service is $500 US additional.
Gratuities for the staff are not included and a 10-15% tip guideline is suggested. Food and beverage is reimbursed at cost in MXN pesos or USD cash to the staff (staff provides grocery receipts).
The entire 10 bedroom villa can sleep up to 22 guests. Additional charge of $150/night per person for more than 20 guests. The TV room on the game room level can be made into an 11th flex bedroom with 2 twin beds and private bathroom for an additional $300 US/night plus 19% tax.

We can accept payment via Zelle, PayPal, Mastercard, and Visa with a 4% fee (Amex with a 5% fee) or you can send a check by mail to Wells Fargo Bank Minneapolis, make a branch deposit at any Wells Fargo Bank, or send a bank wire transfer to Wells Fargo Bank. Jibram is so friendly and anticipated our every need; and, with our group ranging in ages from 2-91 yrs old, it was impressive! If we needed something he made the effort to arrive early and stay late. Chef Santiago cooks delicious food whether it’s Mexican, Italian, or seafood, it’s all delicious. Many nights he surprised the kids with separate kid friendly meals which never disappointed. Karen is naturally personable and responsive to any request. Angeles and Gladys are hard working and committed to maintaining the beauty of the Hacienda.
The staff even arranged a tequila tasting at the house, extra golf carts, and a mariachi, all for much cheaper than we were able to negotiate ourselves in town.
Delays in response time from the booking coordinator are not unusual but don’t worry, they have it all covered. And once you arrive at the house, you won’t be disappointed. It’s incredibly spacious w/ 10 en suites plus the fun game room basement and movie room and great common areas to gather.
Tips: the hill up to the house is steep; we always used golf carts for the toddlers and older gen. Cement around the pool makes it slippery when wet; be careful. Check your AC is working during the day to avoid needing staff at night to help. And bring enough cash b/c the ATMs charge 8%.
Last personal note, we had a family member released from the hospital on a previous existing condition. The staff threw a big party, purchased tons of decorations, made a delicious meal and hired musicians - genuinely celebrated her recovery. We will never forget this night!
Alex was amazing, arranging everything that we needed (rides to dinner, transport to and from the airport, beach towels for our boat outing, etc). Santiago's meals were incredible and the drinks were flowing. We felt really pampered and looked after.
Town was close enough to walk, and Sayulita is amazing! The hill getting home is no joke, but we did it!
We went a bit overboard on our grocery stocking list, and found that not everything was available or necessary. Following meals, the fridge was always stocked with leftovers so we didn't need as many snacks as we thought. We were never lacking for any food.
Alex was a pro at making drinks and was so fun and kind.
