Where do I even start - working with Ricky during our planning process for our wedding in Sayulita was such a joy and so easy. He was so helpful and communicative and answered all of our many questions in order to craft a menu we were so excited about. We had no stress going into our wedding because of how comfortable we felt with Ricky during the process. We knew the food and service would be great but we really could not have predicted just how amazing Ricky and his crew were until we experienced it on our wedding day. They were there early preparing food and getting set up and the attention to detail over every small item was truly one of a kind. The canopes were literally gone within minutes even with extras Ricky brought - and I can attest they were delicious! Coconut shrimp, prime rib crostini, crispy crab bites - my mouth literally still waters thinking about them. The main courses were what you would expect to find in a 5 star restaurant experience - short rib, mahi both cooked to absolute perfection. Dessert was the cherry on top with the brownie and ice cream and churros - people could not stop talking about them days after! The drinks were amazing and so fresh - even my mom, who doesn't like cocktails, had a few because she couldn't resist how good they were. I think every guest we talked to shared this was beyond a doubt the best food they had ever had at a wedding and during their trip to sayulita by far.

Beyond the fact that the food was awesome, the service was impeccable. The bartenders were so fun and great to interact with, and the waiters were so attentive and accommodating. The timing was down to a T when we sat down and plates came out so fresh and warm to exactly the right person. The entire staff was so on it at all times and though there were many logistics, they made it look so seamless and I did not have to worry about a single thing on my wedding day. Ricky has his craft super locked in and does it with the best energy and smiles for everyone.

I could not recommend Honesto Kitchen and Ricky more - if you want the best wedding day and experience, without a doubt go with them!

BEST CATERING IN SAYULITA. Period !!

I recently attended an event in Sayulita and the catering service surpassed my expectations. The canapés were absolutely delicious, the mains were beautifully presented, and surprisingly warm! Everything was served perfectly on time.

Again, the canapés were outstanding, specially the crispy crab bites and the Mac and cheese balls… YES!! Mac and cheese balls where the pasta was cooked with a ramen broth! Unreal. Delicious.

The mains were visually stunning, meticulous attention to detail and most importantly delicious. If you like Sweet Potato, try their Sweet Potato Mash… Best I have ever had. Oh, the sous vide Filet Mignon was on point.

The catering staff was so friendly, attentive, and they were all relaxed and smiling while plating the food… It was impossible to not notice the cool vibe in the kitchen.

In conclusion, this Sayulita catering rockstars deliver flawless fusion cuisine with yummy presentation. From start to finish, they create an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended for any event requiring exceptional catering.

The food is simply outstanding. The canapés are out of this world, especially the Crispy Crab Cakes and the mini Angus burger sliders! The presentation of the main courses is stunning. Oh! They have this baked Argentinian beef empanada that is so so so good that made an Argentinian groom and former client (now a friend) take an emotional trip back to his grandmothers Kitchen. Since this day, the empanada has been renamed to honor his grandmother, Juanita. True story.

The best catering service in the bay, the food, the attention and the enthusiasm with which they serve you, there is nothing more to ask for, without a doubt I would hire him again!!!

Ricky and his team were absolutely wonderful to work with. They hosted our rehearsal dinner at our small hotel and they took care of everything - scouted the location ahead of our arrival, helped us rent the tables, and even set everything up for us. It was absolutely beautiful, and the food was excellent. We had multiple fish courses and amazing dessert, and the servers were kind and attentive. Ricky was so communicative and friendly. I can't say enough - I honestly wish we had hired them for our entire wedding. Truly special people and experience.
