The home has a kitchen for gourmet chefs complete with Bosch dishwasher, filtered water and all stainless steel appliances, including a six-burner range. There are two master suites on the second floor, each with king-sized bed, private bath and private balcony. All bedrooms in the main house and living/dining/kitchen areas are air conditioned and the ten foot ceilings throughout give the home a spacious feel.

The top floor has a palapa roof and is a second living area with fabulous mountain and town views. It also has a full bath with shower, full kitchen/bar, and plenty of seating for entertaining. You will also find a private and spacious tanning area on the third floor. In the heart of Sayulita, this beautiful retreat is just a short three block walk to the town square or the beach.

The pool area has beautiful lighted gardens, propane barbeque grill, and terrazas perfect for outdoor entertaining and dining. We also provide 2 boogie boards.

Jardin de las Palmas is professionally decorated and managed and is assured to be a delightful house for you and your guests/family to stay in during your vacation to Sayulita.

Incredible place! Totally exceeded all our expectations!!
This was a fabulous place to stay! We were here for our youngest son's wedding and stayed in the house with our oldest son, wife, and two children, and also our third son. We also rented the casita for our second son and his wife. There was plenty of room... the pool was wonderful and the entire place was amazing... close enough to town and the beach and we walked everywhere easily. Thank you so much for such a great place to stay during such a memorable event!

An Exceptional Vacation Home
Seven adults and 3 children found Jardin de las Palmas even more than we hoped for. It is tastefully yet comfortably furnished and decorated with lovely Mexican art. No expense was spared in this home, There were several entertainment areas which we enjoyed and plenty of outdoor lounging area around the pool. Little things like lots of dishes, silver and pans, replenishing paper products, and always enough towels made our stay even easier. The location is perfect and it truly is an oasis to come back to after time at the beach, exploring the area or spending time in the busy town.
Lupa and Jorga were so friendly, efficient and helpful and Mitch, the manager, was full of information about our stay in Sayulita.

It just doesn't get any better than Jardin de las Palmas!!!!!
The second we stepped out of the Suburban we were starry eyed! The beautiful landscape, the rustic feel of the secured entrance gate, and the calming sounds of this surreal paradise provided the feeling that this....was...THE ONE!
Through our 12 day visit, it just kept getting better. Mitch, Lupe, and (embarrassed I don't remember his name) our pool guy, went above and beyond to make and keep us comfortable.
The house is incredible. The layout is perfect for 2 people up to 15. The upper level is amazing for the "glamping" feel. Full kitchen, bathroom, dining room, lanai, and that's the 3rd floor!
The rooms are perfect size, and the kitchen is wonderfully appointed.
The optional casita is such a perfect add on for a single person or a couple. Separate enough but close enough at the same time.
You hear people talk about location, this is planted just right. Not so close you can hear the square all night but within an easy walk distance of everything.

Folks, I could go on and on about how great this house is but anything I say would just pale in comparison to the actual thing.

Try it, try it and you will be writing this same thing afterwards!

See you soon guys!

The Beaupre family.

I give my absolute highest recommendation to this wonderful oasis of pleasure and comfort. As mentioned in other reviews, it's perfectly located just a short walking distance from town and the beach, and it's kept spotlessly and beautifully clean by Lupe and the pool/garden caretaker. Hard to imagine anyone friendlier or more helpful than the house manager Mitch! We had a large party, but there was space for everyone no matter what the need---secluded nooks for 1-2, large, open gathering areas, exquisite look-outs. The weather was perfect this time of year (mid-April): it was plenty warm for pool lounging by day, or moon gazing by night, yet a light, cool breeze blew through the open layout most of the time and the air conditioning was rarely used. Sayulita Suburban Services provided reliable and comfortable round trip transportation to/from the PV airport, and Personal Chef Sofia Silva Sanchez shared her exquisite skill with food for 2 of our dinners, making this vacation one we'll never forget.

It doesn't get any better than Jardin de las Palmas!
The families that we travel with to Sayulita over the years have collectively stayed at so many of the accommodations that we have lost count. This last year, we decided to to try out Jardin de las Palmas. We were not disappointed in the least. It was the best home in Sayulita we have ever stayed in!

We pulled up and stared up at the impressive house, it was apparent this house is exactly what we have been searching for; a home that has casual Mexican chicness but with modern conveniences, can accommodate a crowd, an inviting pool, a full well appointed kitchen, laundry room, all within a very comfortable walk to the square and beach. We brought our teenagers this time, but that is entire other post. They had a blast! There were 13 of us total in the house and cabana. We had the kids sleep in the open air palapa on the top floor, a fun place to hang out. The pool cabana is lovely and was perfect for our childless friends.

Our criteria was strict. We have found that we do not like to be too far away from the square/main beach, some of the houses we have rented were just too far away. BUT, we don't like to be too close as the night life sounds of the town can keep some up. It is a quick 4-5 minute walk into to the square. No big hills, mostly flat. Perfect!

From the moment we arrived, our local host, Mitch welcomed us and was so accommodating. His visits were fun and he kept us entertained with his stories of life in Sayulita. Our angel, Lupe came by daily to clean up after us (5 teenagers!) and quietly worked hard for several hours every single day. She was amazing! If I can do a shout out, give her a real nice tip in the end, she certainly deserved every penny of it. Mitch can help you with what amount is appropriate for their services. The pool was taken care of daily too.

All in all, the days whizzed by and 11 days went far too quickly. We are planning another "adults only" trip in February to Jardin and can hardly wait! You will be thrilled...this is a promise!

This was the perfect house for our group
We just got home from a two week stay In Jardin De Las Palmas... the place was amazing. It is located in my favorite neighborhood in Sayulita (close to the plaza and beach, but just up away from the noise, and not a big hike to get there.)

Our group was large and had several small children- this was the perfect house for us-- the kids were safe, happy, playing and the grownups were relaxed. Not all the houses in Sayulita are good for kids (bad railings, etc) but this is excellent.

Over the middle weekend our group surged in numbers and there are many other rentals right nearby that we were able to use as well. Again, the location in excellent.

There was plenty of room to spread out and have privacy, yet the common areas are well thought out and able to manage a large gathering.

It is easily one of the most well thought out layouts of a vacation rental I have ever seen-- and the attention to detail and design are impeccable. It truly had everything we needed for the trip of a lifetime.

Extra thanks to Mitch who was an excellent host, as well as Guadalupe for the amazing job keeping the place spotless. The pool was also so well maintained.

My HIGHEST recommendations.

A Spacious Getaway
I stayed at the Jardin De Las Palmas for one week in November, just before the beginning of the peak tourist season in Sayulita. My girlfriend and our friends thouroughly enjoyed our stay and have since recommended the property to friends and family. The house itself is wonderful and spacious. Although we had a rental car for the drive in from Puerto Vallarta it was not necessary due to the proximity of the house to town. The walk takes about five minutes to the town square. Lupe took great care of the house and had the rooms made up and the dishes done by midday. We tipped her halfway through and at the end of stay. We used the kitchen to make breakfast everyday before we hit the beach. All of the appliances suited our needs for a hot breakfast, coffee and fruit smoothies. The rooms were all a good size and easily cooled down with AC, which was amazing at night. We didn't have any problems with security. The property was surrounded by fences and each room had safes, which gave us peace of mind leaving our passports and valuables behind. The property manager, Mitch met us there our first day and gave us ideas for places to eat or activities in the town. He was extremely helpful and friendly. We had a lovely trip and we will definitely be coming back to stay this year!
