We are Kelly and Martín Marietta from Southern California. Along with our four children, we fell in love with Sayulita on our first family trip many years ago. We knew we wanted to make it a permanent part of our lives after we found ourselves returning time and time again. We rented several different Villas in different parts of town and decided the North End location was what suited our family best. We purchased Casa Kelmar in 2014. For years, the property had been vacant, crumbling and overgrown. We completed an extensive remodel and now what used to be abandoned and unloved, is our family retreat, Casa Kelmar.
