Casa Laguna (Condo Maraica) in Sayulita, Mexico is a beautiful, fully equipped vacation home inside a complex of 10 units in Maraica Condominiums. The condo and the house is relativity new (only 2 year old) and is located in the quieter North End Area of Sayulita Mexico, only one block from the beach and 10 minutes from town square. Maraica condo has a gorgeous pool, beautiful gardens and off-street parking.
It is a perfect getaway for relaxation, peace, recharing, privacy, enjoying nature/beach and of course to have some fun with your family/friends.
Casa Laguna has all you need to enjoy your stay. A fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave oven and dishes. Washer and dryer. It is decorated with beautiful cedar wood furniture, oil paintings and Mexican handicrafts. It has 2 bedrooms with cotton bedding and comfortable pillows. One of the bedrooms is for 3 people with a King size bed and a sofa bed; the other bedroom can fit another three people, with a double bed and a single bed.
The absolute maximum occupancy is 6 people. All rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. There are two bathrooms which include bath/beach towels. Two big closets and hanging space. There are also 4 beach chairs and umbrella. The living and dining rooms are very comfortable including a table for 6 people, 2 small sofas and one big sofa with a small table. If you prefer to be outside, there is a small terrace next to the living room with chairs and small table where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the pool, gardens and the ocean.
