First level: Where the main entrance is located and where you can store your surfboards, beach chairs etc...This is also where our golf cart is parked and available to rent for an additional fee.
Second level: This is where all the bedrooms are located, with a total of 3 rooms and comfortably sleeps 6. All rooms are equipped with A/C and ceiling fans.
Bedroom 1, The Master: This bedroom is situated under a Palapa roof and features an en suite bathroom, a luxurious king-sized bed and A/C. There is also a small balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or catch a refreshing breeze.
Bedroom 2: This bedroom features 2 twin beds, a full bathroom, a closet and A/C.
Bedroom 3: This bedroom features 1 twin bed, and 1 bunk bed with a convertible twin futon and fits three people comfortably. There is also a full bathroom, closet and A/C.
Third Level: Kitchen, Living room, Dining Room, Swimming Pool.
Spacious open-air living room with custom-made sofa. You will enjoy the beautiful views and sounds of the surrounding jungle. The dining room features a beautiful custom-made parota table that comfortably sits 8 people.
You will find a fully equipped kitchen at the end of the dining area as well as another full bathroom.
The swimming pool can be accessed from the living room. We hope you will enjoy the open mini bar which extends to the pool.

Other Things to Note
A basic Cleaning service is scheduled for each third day as a courtesy.
Our golf cart is available to rent for $40 USD per day or the equivalent in MX pesos. If guests choose to rent a golf cart from other local companies there will be an electric fee of $100 MX pesos per day to be paid prior to parking the golf cart inside the carport.
