Incredible place!
This place was incredible. Girlfriend and I stayed there for a whole week and loved it. It was spacious, clean and perfect distance to both beach and downtown. Sarah and her team were super responsive and made us feel like we were right at home. We would move in if we could.

Loved our stay!
We loved our stay!! There was three of us in town for a wedding and needed a quiet place to sleep at night but also walkable to town and the beach. The patio was a lovely place to have breakfast in the morning. There are quite a few steps up to the place but it wasn’t an issue for us. There is a rooster that will make itself known in the morning but nothing ear plugs couldn’t fix. The hosts were very responsive and helpful thank you!!

Absolutely perfect!
We've been to Sayulita a number of times (we love the town) and splurged a little bit this time - it was worth it! The house is beautifully renovated and incredibly tranquil. (I mean, the roosters woke us up in the morning, but that's going to be the case wherever you stay in Sayulita!) This part of town is ideal in my opinion since it is close to everything - but far enough from the bustle to be nice and quiet. There is a charming little coffee and breakfast spot on the corner of Libertad and Avenida Revolucion, and if you actually turn left on Revolucion (away from town) there is an orange juice stand set up in the mornings - the woman squeezes the oranges right there while you wait. This is our new favorite place to stay in Sayulita. Did I mention the shower? The shower is amazing.

Exactly what we wanted!
Thanks for the great stay in Sayulita! We loved the outdoor deck area for a leisurely latte in the morning, the beach was a short stroll to enjoy for the afternoon and the town a lively evening out. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and the location was great (everything was within walking distance).

Sarah’s place was perfect for my stay in Sayulita. Great location with just an easy walk to all the shops, restaurants and beach but just far enough away to escape the bustle of the town and its nightlife.

Amazing!
Loved this vacation rental and would recommend / stay again. It looks exactly like the pictures and is a quick walk away from the beach, the towns centre and many restaurants, coffee shops and markets. The views were beautiful from the third floor unit and the AC was much appreciated on hot days. Host was prompt and responsive and helped answer all of our questions (and delivered additional filtered water when we ran out).

Pretty good!
Very nice place, as shown in the pictures. A few cosmetic things here and there but overall very nice. Location is good, slightly outside of the hustle of the main square, but still close enough to easily walk into town and go to the beach. The place itself is as shown and very comfortable. Others have mentioned the stairs, which could be a factor if mobility is limited. Can also be quite dark so make sure to turn on the lights. Overall a nice stay!
