Just spent two weeks with 9 other friends and and family, we rented both halves and had lots of space to gather together or spend some quiet time. The staff were all wonderful people that made us feel right at home. Matilde cooked us several meals that were absolutely amazing. We had her prepare dinner for the day we arrived as the plane was later in the day we arrived to a wonderful meal, she came back in the morning to cook breakfast as well since we did not have time to get groceries. We were unable to get Baileys at duty free on our way and she managed to provide that for us in the morning as well.
If you rent a car there is a garage and if you don't like to drive in Mexico just call Pablo and he will send a car and driver to accommodate any number of people.
Just steps from the beach and the garage is full of chairs, umbrellas and toys ready to go. It's a very quiet gated community with lots of security.
We saw whales daily. The top balcony is a great place to enjoy a cocktail and watch the sunset.

Sergio and his staff Pablo were absolutely wonderful! The check in and check out was a breeze. The views are not beatable! Directly in front of the home is a beach with little sea turtles hatching everyday! It is truly a sight to see!

Wonderful house, better than pictures. Literally across the street from beach, 10 steps from the door. Best Part of the beach as well. Comfy beds, modern and some mexican touches. Wifi was pretty good, as good as can be in this area. Neighborhood is super safe and super private, always security around. Easy to get to other areas of Punta Mita nearby. Loved the pool and outdoor space for hanging out. Great value in this area.

We loved everything from arrival very attentive, during the stay they helped us keep it clean, the house is super comfortable, spacious and beautiful, we had an unforgettable vacation, we also liked the beach, the pool, they lent us equipment to be comfortable in the beach and they made us feel at home. Thank you very much for your attention! :)

What a perfect place for the price! Our family of 5 with a 7,8,10 year old & their grandma stayed here. We had small fixable issues along the way (fridge/AC), but everything else made up for it! Beautiful location, large bedrooms, great outside spaces including rooftop deck. Cobblestone streets in a gated community next to great surf. Best of all, the house cleaner Matilda came and cooked local fresh cuisine several nights at a great price. I just wish we knew more Spanish to really get to know her and others in the community. We definitely recommend this place if you’re laid-back like us.

A really wonderful spot right across from the beach, in a gated community and a 5-10min walk from the surf. Surprisingly quiet neighbourhood as many houses around are under construction. Pablo, the property manager, is very helpful and kind, and the cleaning staff (especially Matilda) work hard to keep the place sparkling clean. Important to note that the house is split in half—you can rent one side or both. This was confusing while booking but ended up being very convenient. I went with a group of 12 friends, and Sergio was able to be flexible and allow a smaller group of us stay in one half of the house (and pay less) after some of us left. Overall wonderful experience—would come back in a heartbeat!

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Mar de Grecia. It’s located in a quiet, small gated community of about 40 houses in Punta del Burro. The house is literally across the street from the beach and the large main deck and upper decks have fabulous views of the ocean. We could hear the sound of the ocean as we slept at night. A short walk down the private, very sparsely populated, sandy beach (about 5 minutes) takes you to some great surfing, and right by the house a good swimmer can enjoy nice swims. There are lots of turtles and whales to watch and we also saw a school of dolphins. The house also had some beach chairs, umbrellas, sand castle tools and other beach stuff available. The house was very clean and the property manager, Pablo, was very responsive and helpful. We had a problem with the hot water and that was quickly fixed. We also chose to have Matilde cook several dinners for us and it was so worth it! She’s a great cook and very kind. The only downside to the house is that there is construction happening next to it on both sides. The property owner, Sergio, did warn us about the construction beforehand and said he would be willing to let us out of the rental agreement if it was too loud. But we chose to stay put because we really loved the location and the property. We enjoyed the sounds of only the ocean in the mornings and the evenings (awesome nights at the large dining table on the deck) and during the daytime we were usually exploring outside the home anyways. We would definitely return! On another note, you may notice this house listed twice with different pictures. That’s because there are two sides, each with 3-4 bedrooms, and if one side is rented they won’t rent the other to a different party so you have privacy. Both sides have a very large master bedroom on the third floor with ocean views right from your bed and a private bedroom deck accessed through sliding glass doors. In both units, there is a second bedroom with a king bed and en suite bath upstairs, with a small private veranda, and on the main level (which is actually on the second floor) there is a bedroom with two beds and a nearby bathroom. One of the sides also had another bedroom on the fourth floor with another deck and bathroom. The property could accommodate a very large group if you rented both sides.
