Casa Mitch and brother Miguel in Sayulita is located in a private gated beachfront community of three separate houses all sharing a huge pool (Plus Casa Mitch now has its own private pool!) overlooking the ocean and Sayulita bay. if your dates are not available, please request anyway and we can provide information for the other complex houses. Fabulous Private pool for Casa Mitch use only. This is in addition to the complex pool shared by the three houses.
The house has a large master bedroom, 2 patios, 1 bedroom upstairs both with 2 full bathrooms with paito, main floor 1 bedroom with 2 full beds and bath The newly finsihed master kitchen /dining room with the living room area which opens up to a large patio and the private pool. Shaw Direct Dish TV; one is located in the upstairs master bedroom and the other in the main floor living room, 3rd room with a smart tv.
The common area pool itself offers a covered dining area with cooking facilities. The house is located on the north end of Sayulita and is just a 10-minute stroll down the beach to down. The maid service and groundskeeper live near the house so you can be assured your individual needs as well as those of the house will be catered to at any time!
