Description

Casa Montaña in Sayulita is a sunny new home on a quiet cobblestone cul-de-sac in beautiful Sayulita Mexico. An easy 10 min walk to the beach with no steep hills to climb. The location of our home provides easy access to the North, South and Central parts of town. There are a couple of quaint tiendas a block away for your last minute food and beverage needs.

Casa Montaña guests are treated to an open floor plan kitchen with all the amenities: breakfast bar, living room with built in couches and dining room. There is also a full bathroom with tiled shower on the first floor. The back door opens to a walled back yard with seating a new saltwater dipping pool and a bodega with a washer and dryer. Walking into the front door there is a covered patio with dining set that opens into the fully stocked kitchen. At the top of the handmade rock staircase are 2 air conditioned bedrooms with gorgeous mountain views. One bedroom has a king bed and patio and the other, 2 twins that can be easily converted to a king. Both bedrooms have ample closet storage. Glass patio doors open out to a beautiful upper patio with sunning area and gorgeous palapa shaded deck. The second floor also features a full bathroom with beautiful Mexican tile work and an additional private patio.

We recently completed our own private pool for your enjoyment. Our guests have 2 pools to enjoy now. Casa Montaña shares a nice swimming pool with 4 other homes in the cul de sac. Lovely attached kiddie pool is not hot, not cold, just right. This is a great home for families with children and small pets are welcome.

Cancellations received 60 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus $50. Cancellations after 60 days no refund unless we can rent the house for your cancel dates. Holiday Weeks require 90 day cancellation notice. A $200 deposit is required with final rental payment for damages.

We loved our stay here

Our stay at Casa Montana was great! When we were not in town we spent all of our time at the lower level private pool and upper deck palapa. The upper deck has great sunrise/ mountain views, and the oversized sofas and hammock are perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is very well stocked with more than enough cookware, utensils, and glasses. The outdoor shower in the 3rd bath (off main br) was liberating. I was a little hesitant to try it, but it ended up being our preferred shower :) It is a bit of a walk into town, but if you don't enjoy walking renting a golf cart is the way to go.

Highly Recommend!

Casa Montana offers beautiful indoor and outdoor space. My friend, husband and 20 year old son really enjoyed the home & location - just a short 10 minute walk from town. Montana is fully equipped with all the amenities...lots of kitchenware and dishes. We could have easily invited 3 more people. The neighborhood roosters may wake you up if you don't close the windows or keep your ear buds in! But the sunrise from the palapa is worth waking early to see. It was fun checking out the restaurants, mini markets and taco stands in this area. I was worried about the traffic on the road and although noticable, it had zero affect on the quality of our stay. Casa Montana was magnificent and I recommend it to all my friends, family and adventurous people! Viva Mexico!

Amazing place!

We rented casa Montana while we were attending a friends wedding at Don Pedro's and fell in love with it. This place had everything our family needed, and the owner Dee helped us out by providing us a crib and high chair for my 2 year old son. Kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and everything you needed to make a nice meal at home. Also had the all important coffee pot so you can enjoy the morning coffees up on the palapa! The private pool in the back was the big seller for me, as my kid was napping we were able to enjoy the sun and some adult beverages back there. Best of all... it was within baby monitor range lol. It is close to town but after making the voyage to town and back with a sleeping child sweating and weighing you down we decided to rent a golf cart for the rest of our stay. This way we saw a lot more of the hidden spot around town as well.
We will look to book Casa Montana again very soon!!

AMAZING HOME!!!!

This house is beautiful, large, spacious and great outdoor space. Dee was wonderful to work with and her management lady Arley and cleaning lady Brenda were a pleasure to deal with. The kitchen is very well equipped, CD player with speakers, TV's in the bedrooms with NETFLIX, high speed internet,,, can't say enough about this place and we felt extremely. A great location, close to downtown to walk, but not so close you hear any noise....The only noise are the roosters in the morning!! LOL The view from the palapa is amazing,
I would highly recommend this place!!! Thanks again Dee for renting us your home,,,,,,, hope to see you again next year!!

AMAZING, A1 all the way!!

Would return in a heart beat! The house is just amazing! Spacious, beautifully, so comfortable and as equiped as my own house! Live the open air bathroom in the master bedroom (close with a door, so no worries with mosquitoes) Everything you can think about is there! AC, 3 full bathrooms, nothing is missing in the kitchen (blender, spices, even hot sauce was there!!) We even had a cleaning lady twice a week that did a spotless clean up and changed beds, towels and beach towels. What can I say about the views and the roof top terrasse, just felt so lucky to had found this place!
You definitely don’t want to be right in town, unless you are a party person or stay up really really late! Quite noisy. Casa Montaña is just 750m away from the beach, so easy accès but the only thing you’’ll hear are chicken and roosters! Even if you are not right downtown there are still fruit and veggie market, restaurants and small convenient store less than 5 min walk away. You can walk to town but we prefered renting a golf cart with our 2 young kids and beach stuff. (Really expensive like 50$US/day, but was worth every penny for us)

Go a head, do yourself a favour, stop searching and book Casa Montaña it will be your second best decision after deciding traveling to Sayulita!

This is my favorite place to rent in Sayulita.

Casa Montana is the best place I have ever rented in Sayulita. The location is great. The house is beautifully appointed and well maintained. Dollar for dollar it is the best deal and I have stayed in over 20 other places in Sayulita.

Beautiful Casa In Sayulita

Casa Montana is the perfect place to stay in Sayulita! Communication with the owner before hand was great! She provided all the information needed, including the best restaurants, fun excursions (Ally Cat Sailing!) and tips on how to set up all the transportation! We rented a golf cart which was the perfect way to travel around this cute little beach town.
The house was plenty spacious and there were several comfortable sitting areas, both inside and out. The covered upper patio was a favorite spot to enjoy the view and warm Mexican nights! We also saw several Iguanas 🦎 in the surrounding trees!
My all time favorite feature about the house was the outdoor showers! The one off of the master bathroom was absolutely amazing in the mornings!
I highly recommend Casa Montana to anyone traveling to Sayulita! The house was so clean and the landscaping is beautiful! Having the fast Wi-Fi available is great too!
Dee and Chris have defidently made this house feel like a home away from home!
